I only put one star because 0 was not possible. here is why:
1. They forgot to connect me, leaving me without a provider for months. When I wondered where is my first bill and made inquiries they said the order is 'stuck' on the computer system but nothing was done to connect me.
2. Their own complaint procedure is a joke. When I emailed my complaint they asked for a mobile to call me and never did (yes Jake, talking about you.).
Conclusion:
3. Following intervention from the electricity ombudsman they were supposed to respond in 3 days. A woman called and said they were investigating. I guess they only obligated to contact the customer within 3 business days not actually provide a resolution or information. Shows how they just do things to show compliance without actually following the rules.
4. They over-billed me in the first bill; Gone are the promises of discount pay-by-date and any other 'specials'. I guess that's how they take revenge if you complain about them.

I felt all the while I was dealing with an amateur company, more like a group of friends who work together in a call centre, rather than a serious firm. They in the permanent habit of not calling back customers and many times after holding for about 45 minutes, someone there picks up and hangs up.
