Amazing Clean Canberra

Amazing Clean Canberra are truly amazing. For blind cord repairs they are the best in their field whilst being cost effective. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs a Blind Repaired.

Very poor. Contractor arrived and immediately started to try to renegotiate the quoted price - upping the price per blind and claiming some blinds were ‘double blinds’, which was not outlined in the quote. He then pressed for payment upfront rather than when the job was done satisfactorily. He then only cleaned one side (claiming his machine was not appropriate for the back, but not even brushing or cleaning the back with a cloth), meaning that when the roller blinds wound up the dirt from the back made the front dirty again. He couldn’t wait to out. I spent two hours after he left finishing the job. Expensive and a waste of money.

Amazing Clean is really amazing. We use them a lot - at our house for cleaning curtains and at our rental properties for curtains and blinds. We've also had curtains made by the company. They are always professional, delivery excellent service and communicate about potential issues as they arise. They clean the Snorelax (image attached) bean chair that my son uses in his classroom routinely- and that's s a test for any cleaning service after a class of children using it. We've used Amazing Clean over years - and will continue to do so.

I have many roman blinds that are 10 years old. Amazing Clean Canberra came on time to assess the repairs needed and look at also cleaning them . The quote was received that night and when accepted they organised a date to pick up the blinds and when to return them. .
The blinds came back looking brand new including the cords and all working .
The guys who came were very professional and efficient. .

Recently Amazing Clean took down my blinds and cleaned them also took down my curtains whilst I was getting my house painted. When the painting was completed they rehung my curtains and blinds. As usual they were efficient, professional and a pleasure to deal with. All staff are friendly and great to talk to. I have dealt with Amazing Clean for along time now and they have always been great and always done an excellent job for me.

We were charged a call out fee of $95 because the receptionist did not tell us that the workman will not repair our honeycomb blinds on site. We could easily deliver those blinds to the workshop. It is also ridiculous that the repair fee of $55 per blind did not include the cords and we were charged another $40 ($10 per cord). $40 for a few metres of cords is really unreasonable. I would not recommend this place to anyone and will certainly go back to the blinds supplier to complain.

Amazing clean in Canberra did a fabulous job on our vertical blinds, metal security shutters and an fabric awning. The shutters and awnings had 20 years of the elements to be cleaned off, and they came back looking exactly like brand new. They took everything down for us, and put it all back up perfectly, as well as undertaking a few minor repairs. They kept us fully informed of pickup and return dates as well. The staff are all very friendly and clearly highly professional in their field.
We would thoroughly recommend Amazing Clean to anyone looking at completely refreshing the look of their house.

I'm very impressed with the service I received from Amazing Clean Canberra today. The repairman arrived on time, was polite, friendly and very efficient. He had two blinds off the wall, broken cords replaced, and both blinds back on the wall within 10 minutes. Another company I had called was unable to fit me in before Christmas, and was going to charge more. I'll definitely be using Amazing Clean Canberra for any blind repairs I need done in the future.

What a great service! My white roman blinds were picked up, cleaned and returned in the same day. The results are fantastic. They look like new again. I would recommend these guys and use them again.

Amazing Clean were very quick and efficient. The two sets of curtains that were cleaned - one in situ and the other at the shop - now look like new. We were particularly impressed that all the mould along the base of one set of curtains was totally removed. The price was very reasonable. Highly recommended!

I have been dealing with Amazing Clean for many months trying to get a part for expensive shutters that the original manufacturer was not interested in helping me with as they were a few years old. I phoned all around the ACT & Sydney and the only person who would even listen to my story was Sharyn from Amazing Clean. The company did everything they could to get the part for me, kept in touch & even when my house was sold, they still helped as I wanted it fixed for the new buyers.
