What a sad unprofessional atmosphere, didn't have the prestige or dignity of a diplomatic office. Calls unanswered, no receptionist; just a little small side room (really small) with a few kababayan waiting for their turn to be attended to. What's happening in the rest of the big building? Felt more like a baranggay office than an embassy. Please get your act together and make us proud to be Filipino, Diplomatic Staff.

Passport application was such a pleasant experience. Done in like 15mins! Massive shout out to the lovely Ms. Gloria who is very professional and accommodating.

You expect people to fly from Perth to Melbourne or Sydney to renew a passport. Spending over $1k for flights and hotels for a $200 passport. How about using common sense and let people in Perth renew there. Oh try answering your phone as well. What kind of consulate doesnt have a Lan line with answering service.

Rang yesterday regarding affidavit requirements for change/use of surname on a birth certificate, because I'm not 100% sure. Sir who answered the phone was great! Went through slowly what i had to do and how to do it. I'm so glad i rang to get the information, than guess if i was correct or not. Im very satisfied how they conducted the phone call. So, keep up the good work, thank you very much.

Service was not as good as he did not prompt me in the application they just told me to follow the steps on website for people who did not understand how to fill out a dual citizen they did not help at all very bad

I’m impressed with the way they process the renewal of my passport. I traveled more than 7 hours for the renewal of my passport but without 10 minutes all is done.

Very much impressed with their service. I had my passport renewed. Need to follow it up. Left my number & contacted me in few minutes. When you call, don't press on options, just be patient, wait & somebody will get back to you to answer all your queries.

Useless, frustrating and terrible for so many reasons!!!! First, neither of their phone numbers work! Every time I try to call the numbers it just hangs up regardless of what time you call them. Second, you'll never get a response from ANY of their email addresses! Third, once you get a hold of a live person and enquire about the status of whatever application you have with them, they'll give you crappy answers without researching. I filed for a report of marriage had to wait for more than a month since obviously i haven't receive anything on my mail yet. When I gave them a call I was given the lamest excuses!!!!! No bank cheque received when they obviously received it, no self return envelope?! WTH, what's the $45 fee if they can't even spare one cheap envelop to post it!!!!!

Madeline change my previous experience with the embassy. she very helpful and accommodating. Hope everyone is like her.

I lodge an inquiry about the expiring passport last April 2017 for one of our employee who visit Australia 🇦🇺 who working here in Saudi Arabia.
The lady who answer the phone sounds like in hurry and dont want to receive any calls. There was an instance that she raise her voice.
Why the embassy is like this?
This should be reported in DFA.
Take note I am calling from Saudi Arabia to seek assistance. Since our employee located in melbourne.

Asked some enquiries about Passport and didn't even bother to elaborate, and wait.. Didn't even bother to say "goodbye" or "thank you", she just hang up the phone straight away. Rude. Go read some book about etiquette.

Sir "R", Ms "M" and one other staff are very accommodating and helpful. They assisted us even it is Public Holiday (Labor Day). We are very thankful po.
