Horrific prices for a bad ice-cream should just go to Coles nearby and buy some yourself

Venue: 4/5 - clean, well kept
Gelato: 2/5 - Salted caramel should taste of caramel and salt. My serve did not.

We must have had bad luck today, as all other Gelatussimo we have ever visited were top. Some flavours were nearly empty and looked old, the one guy working was overwhelmed with so many customers on a Saturday evening and the portions were small. It would help to have higher staff levels, which would result in a cleaner shop with better service.

Great after lunch treat! Plenty of GF options.

Went here last night with my partner at 9:15pm and were refused service. The door was open, the website indicated they were open until 10pm so we drove out to Manuka to soothe a craving (hence why they're open late) and were sadly turned away. Disappointed with the poor service.

Great Gelatos. Love the flavours they have.

Piles of icecream, bit pricey but guaranteed quality. Staff were nice, only issue was the blinds that you had to shuffle through to avoid the Sun in the evenings.

Great gelati but we had to sit outside because all the tables inside were filthy 🙁

How can you go wrong with a wide range of delicious gelato? Yum
