Mcdonald'S Fyshwick

A small McDonald's. It does have seating but all you will see is cars waiting for the drive through.

The fries were stale and cold. I only ate them because it was late and I was hungry! Better effort is required to make sure a quality product is served.

Good, clean and reliable McDonald's franchise. Food is always fresh. Has drive-thru and wheelchair access.

5 stars for staff alone. I became a bit of a regular buying coffee every Friday and they have always been so nice. I know it's just a Macca's but I go there because solely for the friendly service, even when they are getting swapped.

Server didn't understand product pricing and was more interested in having a good time than serving anyway. Food was quick, but usual ordinary McDonalds quality. Manager was very (too) vocal, calling out loudly to cooks out the back. Food on benches and floor. Number called and food was left on bench and deserted, no one there to say thanks to. Didn't feel like they wanted our business.

i don't eat McDonald's a lot, but the burger I had here today was probably the saddest burger I have had from any of the franchises.

I ordered the Gourmet Classic Angus, which is what I always get because I am weird, so I know what it should look like.
Most of the time they look similar to the picture on the menu, which is always a feat at a fast food joint, my expectations are always low.

This one though, I would say it was about 2cm tall and looked, from the side, like someone dropped it out onto the drive through and had a truck drive over it before it was handed to me.

Somehow most of the sauce was on the outside? One small piece of tomato which was to one side, none of the toppings were near the centre so it pretty much just fell apart in my hands, which were still covered in sauce.
If I wasn't starving from having lunch 4 hours past my normal lunch time, I would have demanded my money back, but luckily for this franchise I was in the position of pretty much being ready to eat anything.

Next time I will be giving this place a miss and driving the extra distance to Majura.

Also pretty sure its the only McDonald's in the ACT that hasn't been updated since 1996.

I should have taken a picture, but my hands were covered in so much sauce and burger fillings that I would have had to purchase a new phone after.

This McDonalds deserves zero stars. It is by far the worst McDonald's I've been too. How can they possible run out of barbecue sauce?!?! How can they run out of anything?!?!

Small no kids play area and poxy car park. Rude service when asked about something they didn't sell and fairly bland meal. Pretty much whats expected for cheap crap takeaway. Only plus was the Air conditioning and the green light at the traffic lights on way out. Spend the extra coin go to a pub for a counter lunch

Appalling experience working and eating here. When I worked in the kitchen there were always flies and I often found maggots in the fridges which I as a manager was told to sweep under the rug by my store owner. To add to this we often had an ant infection out near the counter of the store where again, nothing was done. Often understaffed and there have been numerous times where I have witnessed crew members being sworn and yelled at to the point where some simply walk out in the middle of their shift. Lots of faulty equipment always acting up to the point where some employees had to be sent hospital. Never enough staff to fulfil proper cleaning duties so store is always dirty.
If there was an option for a 0/5 I would put that.

Very slow service for dine in customers. Drive thru seems to have priority.

Worse than that there was a beeper going the entire time we were there, about 15 minutes.

Only a very small Maccas with busy drive through so service inside can be a little slow. The guys working there are always friendly, and I have never received a bad meal.
