Developed within the heritage listed Melbourne Building located in the heart of the Nation’s Capital. We offer apartment accommodation with a range of studio, one and two bedroom apartments. Our CBD location makes us a perfect choice for both business and leisure.
The majority of apartments feature large balconies, fully equipped kitchens and laundry facilities, as well as separate lounge and dining areas.
Limited unsecured parking is available at an additional charge and is subject to availability.
Apartments are not serviced on Sundays or Public Holidays.
Occupying the top level of the Melbourne Building, our Canberra serviced apartments are in the heart of Canberra. Together with its sister building, the Sydney Building on the opposite side of Northbourne Avenue, the two landmark buildings with their distinctive colonnades originally formed the Canberra Civic Centre, now known as 'Civic' by Canberra residents.
Our apartment accommodation's prime city location provides easy access to Canberra's business and legal precincts, with some of the finest restaurants located within the building underneath the apartments. Our serviced apartments are a short stroll to Canberra's main entertainment, shopping, recreational and leisure attractions, with Parliament House a mere 2 kilometres away.

Reception staff were very helpful. Room had minimal minibar but there is a supermarket very close by. Room was clean and well-ordered.

Good place, amazing location however it would be a better experience if the place was cleaner.
Shower was either scalding hot or cold. Their advertised free internet was only 100mb. However the room was well equipped and comfortable
I stayed in a room at the Quest Hotel in the Canberra CBD & was generally quite happy with my stay. The room was fairly spacious for one person, & was quite comfortable.
Executive apartments rooms are very small, the bathroom is located in the bedroom so if you have guests visiting (like us) they had to go through the bedroom. The toilet flush was so loud sounded like an A380 every time someone flushed.
The bedroom is extremely tiny no room anywhere to lay a suitcase down, beds uncomfortable.
Living area one lounge and a extremely small TV! Kitchen was decent in size and facilities.
Room aren't very sound proof, could hear everything going on below on the streets throughout all hours of the day & night. Could hear guests in room next door also! Very unpleasant.
Our room smelt off, as though there had been some water damage.
Limited car spaces available at rear entrance. If you haven't pre booked a car space the nearest parking facility is 400m away!
Luckily it was only a few nights stay. Wouldn't recommend more than 2 nights.
Staff were pleasant to deal with.
My reservation didn't go through, for some reason, so I was out on the street. But they had people on call, and were friendly.
Slightly ageing but a pleasant experience. Parking a bit of a walk from the hotel. Rooms clean and tidy.
Clean with a very happy service the lady behind the counter knows all the good spots to eat with local knowledge
