My wife and I had never dealt with such unprofessional, cheater and inconsiderate people as we have to after making a purchase from this shop. We have to take help of ACT Civil and Administrative Tribunal (ACAT) to get our rights as a customer. We wish we had never stepped into the shop and we don't recommend the shop to anyone.

Good range of bedding fur although a bit on the expensive side

Great service. Leanne and Tony were courteous, friendly and service was fantastic. Leanne offered some great choices on bed bases and colour schemes for them as well. They were honest and realistic about how long it would take to be built which meant we didn't have to worry about it at all. The price was on par with other stores as well and the fact it was built in Australia was a plus. Delivery was well within the time frame and the freight company was friendly and they arrived early on the day promised. Very content with the service and will purchase from there again, thanks Snooze Canberra.

Professional, not pushy and understanding of needs.

I had a sudden turnaround of events and needed to move interstate in 4 weeks after making a purchase. The team (some names I remember include Millie, Tony and Ryan) were all extremely helpful and made this a hassle-free and painless experience for me. They made a note in my order to pause processing, and moved my order to the nearest Melbourne outlet for me upon receipt of my new address and move in date.

Ryan even managed to get my mattress organised on the day I pick up my keys in Melbourne, so I'm looking forward to sleeping on a proper mattress as opposed to an airbed in the middle of my chaos of moving.

Second purchase from Snooze (as a brand) and I've yet to find a reason to be unhappy with the quality of service.

I found the service at Snooze Canberra to be outstanding, the knowledge was very helpful as this was our first new bed in a long time. I found the atmosphere to be relaxed and the staff came across happy and friendly. I didn't feel pressured at all by the staff into buying our new bed and mattress. Highly recommend Snooze to any family or friends
