I Rang and asked if a particular bike was in stock and available .
The answer was yes , so after a 40 minute drive to the shop the staff member tried to up sell me to a more expensive model. I insisted i was there to pick up the one i discussed with him previously on the phone and was there to arrange customer pickup . Full price no discounts here let me tell you !
I was then told that i would have to wait about 1.5 hours to have the bike assembled . I walked ! I then i called Blackamans Cycles At Parramatta whom had the bike i wanted with a free helmet included and available in stock on the floor .
So i can thank ABC bikes for getting me a great deal !

Walked in there with cash to buy a bike ,waited and waited no other customers there except me after 20 min asked for help , got a grunt walked out poor customer services went to another bike shop completely different experience
