We are currently staying 4 nights at Adina and no way was I waiting till the end of my stay to comment on this experience. A week and a half ago my Dad had just passed away so I was hoping this time would allow me time to come to terms. In short, do not waste your time. Every negative comment here has it nailed to a T.

1. We called the service desk to ask for a plug and a face cloth. The girl on the desk could not speak English. They delivered a plug that didn't fit and I literally spelt every item out to her on the phone. She still had no idea what I was talking about. We were trying to help clean up and keep someone else's job short in the morning. 2. When we arrived there was no one at the desk on a friday night and We knocked on the desk. No apology when she arrived late. Can we even use wifi in this building? I wouldn't know cause she didn't spend more than 10 seconds informing us of the buildings amenities. 3. Our room looked out onto a wall. For some all these flaws might not bother people but I'm quite disappointed that this stay hasn't allowed time for me to relax and grieve.

Great location which is very close to the Town Hall station and is a 10 minute walk to Darling Harbour.

The apartment was great. It was clean, spacious and well maintained.

Some apartments don't seem to have a view from the balcony so it will be worthwhile checking this before you get there.

Since it was so close to the heart of the city you can hear cars hink their horn at night.

There is breakfast included and no complementary bottled water at the rooms.

Stayed for 3 nights with my family. Nice and clean. Well equipped with all the necessary amenities like washing machine, dryer, oven, dish washer etc. High recommended as it's also well located next to Town Hall Station and walking distance to shopping malls n Chinatown.

User

Booked a room with a balcony and it looked at a concrete wall could have reached out and touched. No mention of that when booking. When asked to change room's charged extra. Would have booked elsewhere for that price!! No complimentary milk each day. Television is tiny. Don't be more than average height in shower or your head scrapes ceiling. Shower pressure very poor hard to rinse hair. Only thing good I'd say was location and room was clean.Otherwise not happy.

User

Beware, the hotel is noisy, both from traffic noise and street noise from the bars and pubs nearby. The rooms are a good size, but old and in need of a full renovation. The TV remote did not work properly, the exhaust fan was noisy, the bath mixer was stuck, and the gym equipment is very tired, old, and mostly needs replacing. The rooms should have a luggage rack, and the reception staff were polite, but some (not all) were not friendly at all; not rude, just not friendly.

User

Great apartments staffed by really friendly team. We were lucky enough to get a top floor apartment and the view was brilliant. Large living space and well appointed kitchen too.

User

The staff were fantastic at all times, helping us with sick kids, changing plans and were at all times accommodating, practical and helpful. Highly recommended for families. The apartments were huge with great views also!

We have just recently found out that the Adina group of hotel/apartments have some really great rooms available across Sydney. We stayed in 1 bedroom premium room 123 at Adina on Kent Street and it had the best view, a great vibe and again delivered an impressive stay, so much so, they got a 2nd night out of us.
Clean, modern and the view.. it was great. Thanks to Suzie and the rest of the team for a wonderful stay.

User

My room was filthy, I stayed for 3 nights, each time I requested my room to have a full clean, not once was it done, I accidentally spilled something on the kitchen floor, when I cleaned it up my tissue was grey with dirt including black hair .... I am blonde!
Horrified I then wiped the dining table with a clean cloth, it turned grey,I then wiped the bathroom floor and that was worse still! You cannot even see out of the windows for the dirt that has been smeared across them by using a dirty cloth in an attempt to clean them!
On top of this every day I had to go down to reception to request my tea be replaced and the restaurant was closed so I had to source my own food morning & night, had I have been told on booking I would've gone elsewhere & I really wish I had!
YUK!!

I stayed here for an overnight work trip. The rooms were large and very comfortable. Staff were helpful and friendly. It was in a great location, easy walk to trains, shops and restaurants.

User

Great location just close so many places. Had a 2br apartment which was very spacious. The main bedroom was as big as some hotel rooms I have stayed in. Bathroom was a but low quality but overall great.

User

Central located, easy walk to QVB, China Town, darling harbor. Nice cafe on the ground floor with good coffee. 15 to 20min walk to circular Quay.
Rooms are in need of from TLC but still okay, kitchen facility in each room

This was my third visit. Staff are friendly and accommodating. Centrally located. Lots of good Asian restaurants nearby. Clean, comfortable. Somewhat noisy in the center of the city. I upgraded for a bit of a view.
