The new showroom provides a very nice place to review the many mazda models and technology with lots of convenient parking and helpful staff.

Do not service your car there! Overpriced and not honest! Told me my brakes needed to fixed on a 6 month old new car!! Not only that, the service was $100 overpriced. Their excuse was that they had “specialist Mazda Mechanics”. Not only that I’d book the car in for a quick service which would take twice as long as it was meant to!!! The list goes on....

Easy to deal with, fast and reasonably priced services and friendly staff.
I have been a customer for a few years and have always been very happy.

I have never been to this business, but it is a nightmare to live next to. The renovation have destroyed our property, alarms go off for hours on end at night, staff have not responded to complaints. It is just a horrible experience.

They got a good us good deal on a 2016 Mazda 3. Ricky the sales guy was really helpful. However some of their managers need to work on their manners dealing with their customers.

Best place to get your new Mazda. Go with Mr Nail he will give you a great service and help you out through everything.

Really happy with the customer service there- employees understand what you are after and not too pushy with the upsales, which is rare in car dealerships. Good stock - I was after new car and they had a few options to choose from on the spot.

Staff are very helpful and friendly. They are knowledgeable about their products and services and will make sure your purchase meets your needs. They have arranged everything including the finance of the car within 2 days.

5 Stars for AMR....I've noticed that there are a few negative comments for the Sales and Service google listings and I really can't understand why. My experience with both Sales and Service have been fantastic and I only wish that other businesses were as hospitable and genuine as this one. I suppose that people that give poor reviews are those that either didn't get what they want or really expect way too much. I can understand that just like I have the power to give praise, others have the power to publicly humiliate or bully their way to get a desired outcome....that's both selfish and sad. Any way, keep up the fantastic and great work AMR. I'm happy that you look after my needs and I'm happy to promote your business in the future :-)

I got the best deal for new Mazda 2 after checking several dealers around Sydney area. They do the price match & even go further. I was served by Nail & the manager helped me to even get a better deal added by 3 years roadside assistance. I had a good experience with them.

My wife and I had an outstanding purchase experience with the staff at AMR Mazda. We found Adam Zhang to be friendly and genuine, who treated us with respect and was straight forward when it came down to the negotiations. As an Inner West resident, I am also very glad that AMR looks after their existing and local customers as someone who likes to support local business and value the convenience of local servicing. This gives me high confidence that AMR will continue to serve me well beyond the purchase but also in the Mazda brand overall.

Purchased a Mazda 3 SP25 GT recently from AMR. My experience with AMR Mazda has been absolutely fantastic.Adam Zhang from sales has explained every bit of detail very clearly and me and my wife are very much impressed with his service. He was very polite and not pushy in making the sale. I have been to other dealerships before going to AMR., after the test drive with Adam , we decided we are definitely getting the car from this dealership. I went into this dealer because the reviews were so good. I was immediately approached by Peter who was polite and helpful. He did not push me to buy and listened to what I was wanting. A new Mazda. Due to other personal reasons I had to wait and the sale did not go ahead. I would thoroughly recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a new car, especially an inexperienced lady like myself. When I am ready to buy in the future I would return here for their personal help and guidance. They put no pressure on me and I was very comfortable there.
