Would never recommend this company to anyone!! Nothing more then a putrid unethical company that lies to tenants and landlords, never fixed a thing, never did inspections, and done nothing but sabotaged a tenant from leaving one of their properties after the landlord asked for the house back for renovations until legal action was threatened by fair trading. Christopher Morgan is a pathetic excuse of a property manager who is an antagonising little man and Sara Harrington was no better so I can’t see the owner/manager having much more respect or morals if these are the people she hires to run her business. No morals, no conscience, no respect!!! PLEASE PLEASE never rent through this company and if you have a house with them get someone else to manage your property otherwise you will regret it

Apple property management is one of the worst Real estate ever! They don't care about the property nor the tenants all they want is the money.
Very rude and unreasonable staffs ranging from Toni Steele, Donald Mcfarlane(he was with Apple before he left for Vista property, he was the worst, stinks of alcohol first thing in the morning and very incompetent in managing a property), Christopher Morgan and the very insolent Kate Richardson.
I don't recommend apple property for landlords nor for tenants.

Worst atmosphere as soon as I walked through the door, I went inside with a friend of mine who wanted to make an enquiry. Not only did she not get served but we had to listen to 2 of the employees bi***ing about another employee (possibly their manager) for a good 10 minutes before my friend was snapped at for staring and waiting.
We were just about to leave when a lady (A short dark haired lady) who was coming through the door offered to give my friend a hand with her enquiry. She was very informative.

We've just moved in to a lovely place through this agent. I found Sara Haragon to be as efficient as she is friendly and the rest of the staff are very professional and respectful of your time. Recommended for both tenants and landlords.

PLEASE DONT rent through this real estate my daughter had nothing but trouble it was a brand new house but toilet leaked $500 waterbill informed them, told she has to pay 😠they wouldnt take our calls when they did they were rude wouldnt fix anything wouldnt get a plumber told my daughter to ring them herself refused to give bond back if didnt pay water end of lease inspection they kept giving us different days.Finally he found 3 small marks on wall made my daughter come back to wipe off .The experience was terrible never will any of us or our friends rent through them again absolutely disgusted. I wouldnt give them any stars if i could

If I could give less than a star I definitely would. As a tenant, this has been the most appalling Property Management. Little to No communication when repairs are needed, VEY LATE REPAIRS IF ANY, House inspections made every 2 months instead of quarterly, Staff very condescending. NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE

We had Apple Property Management manage our home for 4 months while we were overseas. We were extremely unhappy with all aspects of their management.
Communication was very difficult , they were unaware of the tenant having an animal present. Our home was left very dirty with belongings of the tenant left behind. When we tried to be recompensed for some cleaning and repairs ( breakages done by the tenant) and the money for water usage, we were initially told we would receive this reasonable request, but later after zero contact from their manager ( many emails and calls from us, including receipts given for the work done) we were no longer able to contact Donald McFarlane who managed our property he would not receive calls and rarely returned calls. We have now taken this to the Dept. of Fair Trading, but now find Donald McFarlane is lying about pictures taken and receipts taken in to the office.
