Premises clean and staff friendly. Ensure you're on time as they may run out of time for you in the full schedule, and parking can be tough in busy times, but if you're on time all runs well. I have been there for many of their services over many years and experiences have always been pleasant

40 minute wait between spa and massage. Profuse apologies for wait and offer to bring in magazines to read which I accepted. 10 minutes later, I go to reception to get magazines myself. I did ask for a firm massage but this one hurt. I felt she was actually going to break my toes on my left foot then she doesnt massage my right foot at all! Must have forgot. Don't think I will be back.😕

Love the treatments at Aztec. Love going to relax in this amazing spa :)

Having left previous 5 star reviews in their guest book i can honestly say this place has seriously gone down hill. Having made the trip from newcastle with 4 guests for a booked birthday spa session to start a girls day we were all in good spirits only to be met by an abrupt "we would have to come back" (we were ten minutes early) . Once in the spa the staff member literally came in twice to warn us the hour was up soon. This mind u was a weekday morning the place was near empty with noone waiting for the spa and We still had 20 plus minutes. By this stage feeling completely uncomfortable we literally just got straight out of the spa got dressed and left. Having been a loyal customer with my sister and neices , i can honestly say Never again will i attend this place nor will any of my family and friends.
