Bar Milazzo - Sydney

I ordered the italian sausage rissotto that was on the dry side, drowning in cheese and the sausages must have been boiled and sliced because they were bland. Cant say I will be ordering that again

DO NOT GO HERE. The owner of this Bar (under new management) is an absolute disgrace and he's run a place I used to love visiting into the ground. His treatment of his staff in front of paying customers like myself is disgusting, particularly as the coffee and food they are producing is still great. Should not be managing a cafe, ever.

I feel this place must have just changed hands, I was a regular here through work engagements and the staff seemed competent and friendly. Went for breakfast this morning. My colleagues breakfast arrived massively overcooked and no butter on toast. My breakfast arrived with one tiny slice (again no butter) and when I asked for the another I was charged $4 extra for a single small slice of multi grain! Neither service staff could speak English with any fluency whatsoever or had worked in hospitality previously. We had been charged for loose leaf tea and were given a plastic wrapped tea bag not even in the teapot on arrival.
It is another sad example of un-knowledgeable owners buying a business with no concept of what makes a cafe establishment in the city successful, instead just concentrating on cost cutting measures to maximize profit.

They are Polite and they have really nice food and the staff are really good

That was quite good. A bit of an Italian feel with good coffee and a frittata made for a wonderful breakfast.

Awful place! Do not ever go there! Food might be OK, but their customer service is appalling. Owner is the rudest person I have ever encountered in my life.
