Baskin Robbins

Service isn't the greatest. We go there regularly for thier Belgian waffle for my 6 year old. $5 for a plain waffel that came out of a box and gets microwaved! Good array of baked goods on offer. Lots of ice cream flavours, haven't tried any.

Absolutely pathetic service. The owners have no sense of service.

Milkshake (costing over AUD 7) did not contain enough ice cream. I have been to many Baskin Robbins in South Korea and the stores there always prepare milkshakes with far more ice cream.

NO FREE SAMPLES. EXTREMELY RUDE. GO TO THE ROCKS. I HATE THIS ONE AND THE LADY SHES DUMB AND HAS BAD TEETH.

Poor customer service - rude staff and overpriced. Pretended to not understand or perhaps doesn't speak English well. Would definitely go elsewhere.

Bad customer service, ran out of everything, cash only? Dodgy and overpriced.

I come here infrequently but love the choc chip cookie dough. Found a hair in my ice cream that wasn't mine. I told the manager, he just put another scoop of ice cream into my cup that had the hair in it. Received no apology nor money back. Questionable hygiene practices. Complained to head office with no response.
Baskin Robbins can do better

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. The manager wanted to force me to purchase the flavour that I had sampled, despite the BR promotional sign that we could try that flavour for free. Try the other icecream stores at Harbourside instead.

Friendly service, clean and great variety. It may be unhealthy but it is delicious but expensive. However, you can't put a price on a great treat! 🤗

Ice creams are ok, wide choice of flavours, decent pricing if you have kids, ample parking and easy access.
