One (male) staff member has no concept of privacy, and yells to the pharmacist across the shop about confidential matters.. Very rude and frightening experience! One day this pharmacy will be sued, and rightfully so.

Having a family member who is dependent on medication that is costly to keep in stock, a slow mover and can change at a moments notice Blooms have come to the rescue on several occasions.

During my numerous visits I have noticed that the store remains clean, well-stocked, and well-presented throughout even the busiest periods of the year. Blooms' prices are competitive and their range of products is extensive. Staff always have time to lend a helping hand, whether it is explaining a new product, training newer staff to serve customers, or providing prescriptions. The general atmosphere of the store is elegant and soothing, which is exactly what you want from a chemist; not overly frenetic or industrial like some other stores.

The pharmacist Rachel has been particularly helpful and professional in her conduct, and has helped me on a number of occasions.

What a fabulous pharmacy where you get good old fashioned service. From the floor assistants to the pharmacists, the staff are pleasant and very helpful. Highly recommend to anyone who appreciates good value and service from their chemist.
