Staff at Bowral Motorcycles were most welcoming. They gave me a great deal on a new motorcycle, offered me coffee; threw in a free screen and topbox for the new bike and offered to sell my old bike as well. I rode the old bike there and took the new one home, as easy as that! Thanks Sam and John!

Just want to say that I can't recommend John and the team at Bowral motocycles enough! I bought a bike as a surprise present for my husbands birthday and John helped me though the whole process and was able to answer every question I had- the customer service was exeptional. I have just read the other review regarding Demo models I did buy a Demo model which they had in stock .
I believe the dealer is supplied by the manufacturers with Demo bikes Maybe there was a miss communication with the dealer .
