If there was a Best and Cleanest award, this place would get it. Staff here are always polite and friendly and the apron has a slight downhill grade that lets my car take on a bit more fuel than it does on a flat surface. Recommended.

I had just recently used the vacuum machine and it didn't work. I than asked the indian guy who was working for a refund because he told me that the left machine Is working but the one on the right is right isn't which unfortunately was the one i was using. The worker than made up excuses as of why he couldn't refund me $2 just to use the other machine.

Quick stop home to fill up want I saw was good and clean

Nice clean facility but there was no cleaning agent in any of the water buckets. The staff was relunctant to add some for us either. When a vehicle travels on the highway, it will catch bugs on the windscreen and water is not good enough for cleaning the annoying stuff off. I believe customers to the service station deserve proper service.

Disgusting service tonight when my veteran husband who has just had a below knee amputation due to military service injury was refused entry to go to the toilet. Yes he may be 6ft4 however he just needed a bathroom.

I was served by "M Bari". Apparently saying "hello" or "how are you" or "thank you" are not important to BP staff.

Forget the complete lack of greetings or manners. He tried to keep $5.00 of my change and then tried to correct my language when i disputed receiving only $5.00 change from $20.00 on a $10 purchase.

Bp Plus Network PDF labled this place as having showers. Phoned up on the 15/11/2016 @ 5.26pm and asked about showers, then was hung up on. Had to call head office to find out about showers. Apparently they have had the shower heads ripped off by vandals and its been months since they have been replaced! And head office had only just found out that day. So obviously slack workers at this Servo. Not good!

Prices are significantly higher than the city and even area average but it's understandable. Bowser seems to hate my VW though. Can't fill more than 2/3 full before it starts to click over and over :(

I love that they have a Redi teller still rather than most BPs moving to more expensive tellers.

Lots of pumps. Lots of silly food to eat. Big vacuum cleaners to suck up crumbs from eating silly food and a car wash if you love your car.

Elderly lady that works here with short brown hair has stolen money of me and my partner twice after trying to put money on our go cards she gives You back your go card after paying for a top up but there is nothing on the go card! Will be reporting this lady it is not a coincidence!! Do not let her serve you!! Zero stars!

I Cannot believe this, just went to this particular BP and put $30 in my car, finished putting it in, went inside to pay for it (dont know what person thats trying to steal fuel would go in to and try pay for it but anyway), i greated the lady at the counter (jess) and on top of being incredibly rude, she then proceeded to tell me that somehow i owed her $70 (exactly) in fuel!! and apparently i put 2 different types, one being e10 and the other (the actual $30 i put in) was premium 95, mind you i drive a VW Golf 2000 which minimum fuel requires premium 95 on top of that my car was 1/4 full and somehow i managed to fit over 55 litres of fuel in my car (which has a 55 litre tank in it) , as well as this the guy before me (which she admitted) had put $40 E10 FUEL in his car! This Jess then told me the police will be called and i will have to answer to them when they come knocking. I told her to look at the cameras and she refused! I then asked if i could split pay with 2 cards and just out of spite (i know because ive done it at this station before) she refused. I’ve worked in customer service for 8 years now and i know what is expected, if i found out my staff had treated someone like this i would not allow them to work at all (regardless of what had happened with the fuel) . This Jess, ruined my afternoon with a friend and made me look like a criminal in front of everybody that walked in and out of the store, I will NEVER! return to a BP ever again, i would rather my car run out of fuel then to be treated like that!!, if the police do come knocking I will know that protocol has not been followed on eithers behalf because the cameras will clearly speak for themselves!! This behaviour should not go unspoken of and i will be speaking with head office!

Today I stopped there to buy a drink. Grabbed 2 waters at $3.20 each. Took them to the counter wher the operator said $7.00 please. I reacted and said $6.40 thankyou. Without blinking an eyelid he said yes, $6.40.
A clear case if price gouging to the innocent.

Disappointing service. Went through car wash and head lamp protector came off car immediately after driving out and smashed. Staff very unhelpful. Been through many other car washes without issue. Now I have to fork out $150 for new ones.

Passing through on a holiday so it was just a quick fill, pay and go. Good clean driveway and pumps. Polite staff member who got me onto the Velocity card to earn points when purchasing petrol. Motorcycle is tuned for 98 Octane and I use BP when I can.

Filled up here on the way home up north and was surprised to see they've upgraded to self serve self pay fuel bowsers. Means no more having to walk into the shop and wait in a line to pay for fuel, just swipe the card follow the instructions and drive off once you're done. It's great.

Monday mornings about 5- the guy that works had to get me to pay first before getting petrol doesn't realise there's a petrol station across the road.

They are a pick up point for various courier companies and their service is appalling. I would give them 0 stars if I could. Even after handing over 10 IDs, their staff still don’t hand over packages because I use a shortened version of my name. Their staff are rude and obnoxious. Their management should not have said they’d be a pick up point when their staff won’t exercise common sense of handing over packages. Everyone in Australia shortens their name and it’s time the stupid staff here realised this and didn’t accuse someone of not being who they say they are. Courier companies should not use them as a pick up point and their staff need to be retrained. Their staff also need to learn what customer service is because this is twice now I’ve dealt with obnoxious impolite staff who won’t do their job.

Not all facilities are available to public. Mostly cabs utilize this service stations.

Since they got rid of the security after 10pm it's a nightmare going here. Long queues, rude and inattentive staff who are probably just angry at having to fetch things for people. As a cost saving exercise it's a terrible idea. Even waiting to pay for fuel is an exercise in patience. I reckon the $400 they save on a security guard is mitigated by the many more $100s they lose by people not going there any more.

Late night service is shocking here. The guy told me he was "busy". He proceeded to throw away old sandwiches which he advised me was more important than serving me. There were no other customers in store at the time. I waited 5-10 minutes for him to dispose of sandwiches at a leisurely pace before he returned to serve me. Another night I was served by the same guy who told me once again he was busy and I had to wait. I was the only customer in store, yet I was made to wait until he served 4 other customers who walked in after me before he served me. Ridiculous.

Spent $83 from this servo today. Had some diesel on my hand so I asked some wet wipes from the counter staff, did not provide. said they ran out. bought 2 bottled drinks and asked for a bag, he said no bag.

On 8/2/2017 the $2 Australian coin was subjected to insult.
As the BP teller refused to take the $2 coin as money, the reason was he has too many of them.
Besides the staff there not trained enough to ask for your rewards card before the cash you in.

I recently brought my car over for a service and pink slip, where I was charged 300+ for a bunch of light bulbs, a piece of rubber from the brake peddle ( they found a small crack on it) and a generic oil change with synthetic blend. Yesterday I was able to take a look at all the led bulbs they removed from the car, THEY ALL WORK except that two red led bulbs were missing from the collection. I put those leds back and ended up with a bunch of clear bulbs that I am happy to sell them back for a discount. Please contact me if you intend to do so. Don't forget to bring the two missing leds. They are very bright. Thanks.

The last chance for petrol heading from the eastern suburbs into the city. However petrol priced here are always at a significant premium. If you have time and need petrol, an alternative is to make a detour via kings cross and get your petrol at the Shell in wooloomooloo opposite Harry's Cafe de wheels

Conveniently located. Extra parking due to McDonald's next to it. Has a small store, but the goods are expensive compared to petrol stations that have combined with the supermarkets (Woolies, Coles) and have supermarket prices.

Why do we love this BP above all others? Because it has a Maccas drive thru as well. A bit awkward to manouvre between the two but if you plan your trip (haha) and use the first line of bowsers you can reverse back to the Maccas drive thru entry. **simples**

Always the first to raise prices in the area. And maintains prices at the high-point for longer. An absolute rip-off for fuel. Only gets business because of the Macca's adjacent to it. Use the FUEL CHECK website before entering this BP servo.

This Bp has 2 exclusive diesel lanes no waiting for unleaded cars to finish filling.
ULTIMATE Diesel is also available here for my diesel BMW. Staff are friendly and are not shy to point out the shops deals to be had. Which is fairly priced for a convenience store. Convenience is what matters these days, who has time to drive around all day to save a few cents.

The only servo i trust. Have never had an issue here except when people dont move to the end of the free pumps and cause some congestion but the price is consistently the lowest in the area for bp even on 98. The prices in the shop are reasonable. The staff are always polite and you should try the baklava that is always on for sale. Keep up the good work guys

The contaminated fuel from this service station on 24th sept 2017 has caused $3000 repair bill for my Holden Commodore 2013 car. The service station personnel nor BP has acknowledged this and taken any investigation on this. Lucky, NRMA covered the repair bill or else it would have been quite a big bill. Going to fair trading now to ensure this service station complies with the fuel quality

Well lit, clean, spacious. Not the cheapest BP but that's life. The digital air pump thing works great, unlike most places where it gives you errors all the damn time.

It's a pretty random BP with a high turn over in staff. Sometimes you're allowed to have a bag but they charge you for it, other times they will tell you they don't use bags. The coffee is pretty bad and the food looks stale in the cafe part. It's really just a quick stop through petrol station, despite being a larger BP with the cafe.

in a hurry, rushed in and purchased a $3.50 traveller's pie. After catching the bus, realised I had been charged $6.50 for this tough piece of pastry with dry filling. Yuck in both the product and being overcharged.

The indian guy who works there weeknights is always on the phone, and he tends to sit in the back. i was waiting at the counter for 5 minutes and he was just sitting by the door way on the phone, he didnt attend until he finished the call. it is like he's working another job in a call centre or something

I fuel up my car 26/7/2018- 14:04 and they charge me twice. I got back to home and checked my account to make sure did they charge twice or not. Then I made a call to store staff member and he was rude with me.
His words was "it's not my problem I don't deal with it"

The guy at the counter over charged me for bread, he put a figure he wanted and marked the item as 'miscellaneous' so that he can put whatever amount he wish. It could be just a a bread but this practice is totally unacceptable..

Service here is appalling. Poor customer service. Attendant sounds more like a thug than a customer service agent. Staff really need to do some training in customer service and how to resolve a paying customer's issue.

Also in this day and age, there really is no excuse for not having an eftpos machine that does not have the "tap and pay" feature. Really inexcusable!

Apart from that the prices for their fuel range is amazing! Only ever fill up with 98 octane and it's quite amazing to find a petrol station that charges a consistently low price.

Rocked up at 3am trying to buy toilet paper (at least 2 ply) and was cold heartedly refused in the upmost blunt attitude . Was not recommended of any local toilets and it just left a bad tastes. In our mouths . Worst bp experience ever . And I've driven up and down the eastern coast of Australia and can say from experience that these guys are not towing the line .

Last night I was sitting on the couch and my girlfriend suggested I go over the road to the BP to purchase a caramel Magnum for dessert, & as she cooked dinner that night it seemed pretty fair. So I popped over the road to purchase two icecreams. As luck would have they were having a two for $6 promotion. I selected two icecreams and waived my card. Then I noticed I was charged $9.20 for the pair. I asked if I was meant to be paying $6, the attendant replied "Sorry those brands are not included in the promotion" I walked over and pointed at the the same two brands on the sign, he then said "It needs to be two of the same brand" I then walked over to the sign again and pointed at the Message "Any two Icecreams for $6" (I thought message was rather clear" The attendant started saying he couldn't...; At which point I cut him off and said "you know, don't worry about it" and left the BP. I have to say my girlfriend really enjoyed her Double Caramel Magnum; I'm glad, because she totally deserves treats.

I have been coming here for years and this place has gone down hill.

Has everything you need from a BP service station, never out of stock, well run however due to security concerns they wont let you into the shop after 10pm nightly. Has decent pastries, pies, coffee, chocolate, chips etc available at all hours.

I found the BP Service centre loftus but I have found them to be 10 to 15 cents cheaper than woollworths and Coles station in the area

Location makes this place really convenient for a late night fuel run, I always use the NSW Government's Fuel Check website, and BP Loftus is most often the best priced fuel in the area. Staff are always friendly too.

It's open 24hrs 7 days a week.
Fuel prices are consistently 10c per litre lower than any other station within 10km.
Staff are always courtious and friendly.

The mechanics are great and always ring me if it's going to cost a bit to get my OK

Finally these guys have become part of the Virgin Velocity points promotion! It's a petrol station, so not a lot to tell you. I've never really had friendly service here. The attendant (all of them) seem rather surly and disinterested in their job.

I am an ex mechanic and these guys are the only guys I trust to touch any of my families cars and they do great work at affordable prices

Prices can fluctuate pretty wildly. Can be nearly $0.30 per litre more than the United next door.

Joe and the team really looked after my pride and joy (CV8Z Monaro). They diagnosed the problem the other mechanics missed and carried out the appropriate repairs and clutch upgrades, now the car drives better than factory. I highly recommend them to anyone that is after a quality and professional service.

Good place for petrol as Seven Hills Road is not a major one & access is easy. Another service station is on the opposite side of the road and therefore petrol prices are normally competitive. The shop has the usual range of quick snacks and grocery items. Use to be a 7/11 so the petrol station and shop are quite big and it's easy to manoeuvre in/out - sometimes handy if you have a larger vehicle or towing a trailer. Lastly they also have trailers available for casual hire.

The store is open till late. Good for emergency grocery needs.

Disappointed on my first visit here. Wanted to see if they sold coffee & they did. But what a disaster. A little coffee machine set in a dark area of the store. A machine without clear instructions. But how difficult right? Place cup under dispenser, press button with hand written Latte. Machine begins to operate but display reads rinsing. I got the attention of the store operator who assisted, rinsing he said, removing the cup with hot water in it. They placed another cup for me. I press Latte button again, starts to grind beans, great. I turn away briefly only to look back to see milk spilling from the machine on to the counter top. I could see the cup wasn't correctly placed. (Machine needs a cup placement guide to stop it being placed in the wrong place) called operator again for something to clean up the milk. He said always having trouble with the machine. Drink didn't taste like coffee or even hot milk. Also bought a chocolate bar which was soft & slightly melted. Don't think I'll ever worry about trying this store again. Why don't these stores offer decent, user-friendly coffee machines if they are going to sell coffee. Definitely not a good ambassador for BP.

Good location for filling up before dropping off a rental car at the airport.

The guy running the place also let us use the toilet which was good of him.

Why do they have a bank of qld atm? What percentage of people use a BOQ card in NSW other bp service stations use the big 4 bank branded atms and they now don't charge a fee but this ATM will rip you off. At least this bp has a car wash it's the only good thing about it.

Surprisingly, petrol prices are sometimes as low as 7-11's.

On Thursday morning the 19th January 2017, I got BAD FUEL from these guys. I used pump 3 and it was 95 Unleaded. I've tried to contact them but their phone is always engaged!

Great Service Station with very friendly staff. A lot of pumps placed throughout the station which doesn't cause that much of traffic chaos. LPG/Autogas is always cheap here ⛽👌

What the f#@k is wrong with this Service Station.. Unleaded 95 is always $1.719 per L and Unleaded 98 is always $1.799 Per L, An alternative petrol station is another BP 613 Hume Hwy, Casula, NSW 2170, Some days it's up to $0.20 CHEAPER per LITRE for 98 UNLEADED...

Amazing they sell seat belts i felt a lot safe on the train when i put my seat belt on. Hi, im. Margaret mcboberson and i get quite scared on those very fast machines that my grandson calls trains. The reason i bought a seatbelt for the train is because once they were going sooooo fast i shat myself and it was all over the whole window and it was blue so i need to show my id to the train guard beacuse i like males and females. I also like fisting myself.

Always go here for my fuel. Best value fuel in the central & upper mountains.

Good location for pit stop & fuel when travelling from city up the mountain going inland. Has BP ultimate & accepts Velocity card for points. Well staffed & good amount of bowsers. Only negatives are entrance & exit are short. Speed limit is 80Kph so you need to be in correct lane to go in. Exit has same issue with cars coming up the hill, you dont have time to gently pull away unless prepared to wait for lights to change. Mon-Fri, during term time, lights for TAFE & School are regular. Be prepared to floor it on weekends.

Stopped here by chance, we were waiting for someone to meet us and nipped into the store, which was incredibly well stocked and the staff were friendly. The coffee was AWESOME. Highly recommend.

The lady behind the counter had both earphones in. I was at the pie area trying to get her attention but she couldn't hear me. Had to literally walk up in front of her. Only then did she remove her earphones and help me. Very poor service.

while shop is ok. Witnessed boss tell poor young guy whose car had broken down and didn't have the funds to get it towed tell him "bad luck! not my problem. One day then I'll get in impounded" think I would prefer to walk to Sydney before stopping there for petrol again!

Pulled up in my old campervan and was approached by an older bloke who I reckon I've interrupted somehow as it was early in the morning. He insisted on putting the petrol in for me and as I had a faulty petrol cap, I insisted on doing it of which he then stood over me rudely and treated me like some criminal even after I told him to go away in a nice manner. Without a doubt, the worst petrol station experience I've ever had. He was rude and when I paid, didn't even bother to ask what account I would like to pay with.

Went at 930pm just then, CLOSED! When it should be opened till 10PM! Now I can't get home cause no fuel

I live past Lithgow NSW. From time to time i have to go to Sydney on the way home i need to fuel up, i have found that this particular BP has the cheapest fuel on a regular basis. It is easy to get in and out of it nice and clean if you need to use the rest rooms and the staff are friendly.

There is always petrol, at this station.Some petrol stations only have petrol for 2 days a week in Australia.

Now I'd heard the old "don't go to the BP in Lithgow the staff are rude" and I didn't believe it until tonight when I went there myself. I'll be going to the Caltex from now on because at least there you'll be treated professionally like a customer by the friendly staff.

Called at 9.36pm to confirm what time they close on a Sunday night was told11pm. Arrive at 10.36pm to be advised they closed at 10pm. Doesn't help me when I'm EMPTY and need to leave home at 4am before they open. Rude staff and access to bowsers aren't any good... it's just the fact it's BP fuel and convenient. Won't ever return!!

Double check if you have a child in need of a toilet, that they haven't just misplaced the key to the toilet! We waited 15 minutes before someone realised there was no one in the toilet and the key was just in the wrong place.
