What is Christian Life Coaching?
As a Christian life coach, I offer the 1st session (1 hour) free of charge, practical life coaching to help you find clarity in the personal, professional, and spiritual areas of your life. This insight can add meaning and challenge to your life as you discover who you are, what you do best, where you want to be, and how you can get there.
Life coaching is not counselling or therapy, but it is a partnership between you and me. As you recognize where you presently are in your life, and seek to discover where you would like to be, I am here to guide and assist you in developing strategies to get from point A to point B.
Our coaching relationship is two way, with you and me, working in harmony with one another. You will discover that you can achieve much more than you can believed.
If you like to be coached from a Christian perspective our coaching relationship is triangular, with you, me, and God, working in harmony with one another. Allowing a little more time.
By having a Christian life coach with compassion and experience, relying on God's strength and wisdom, you are destined to achieve much more than you can imagine.
COACHING PROGRAMS
Note: All Programs include a Free Pre-Client Discussion - 1 Hour
Basic Individual Coaching Program ($150 total)
This program includes 3 x 90 minute coaching sessions . Sessions can be scheduled at any time during a 3-month period.
Email support is offered between sessions.
Various tools, workbooks, study guides, assessments, etc. , are included in this program, as appropriate.
Monthly E-mail Coaching Program for individuals ($75 per month)
This program includes up to 5 e-mail exchanges per week within a 31-day time period. Various tools, workbooks, study guides, assessments, etc. , are included in this program, as appropriate.
Group Bright-Endings Workshop ($75 per person , Minimum 6, Maximum 12 persons )
This workshop is designed for 6 to 12 participants, custom for each group it can include topics such as Life evaluation, Setting & Redefining goals, Finding God's Will, Plus much more. People who are looking at their life and finding that they are not where they thought they would be, retirement or redundancy has left you wanting more and not knowing how to get your life heading toward a bright ending.
This workshop includes meals. Various tools, workbooks, study guides, assessments, etc. , are included in this program, as appropriate.
A group can be organized by a party of participants -or can be a group of individuals.
An initial consultation is conducted between the coach and one participant or organiser of the group.
Payment for all programs can be made via PayPal, bank transfer or cassh.
