Opened on 31st August 2016 by Anthony & Renee Chambeyron who are passionate about the hospitality industry and who wish to share with you the culinary skills of our Chefs
This in not your average cafe with your average cuisine. So be prepared to have your taste buds explode in cosy surroundings.
We use local produce around the Riverina were at all possible which compliments the award winning cosmorex coffee who have created specialty blends just for Carlo's.
Located at 1 /195 Morgan Street (Docker Street end), we look forward to meeting new & familiar faces, so come & visit us Monday to Sunday for breakfast, lunch or just a coffee or Friday nights with tapas style menu & cocktails with live entertainment. Dine in or takeaway, but we are thinking you will want to kick back in our stylish surroundings!

Located on Morgan Street Wagga, Carlo's was opened in August 2016 and since have built a reputation for great coffee, genuine customer service, and delicious food. Carlo’s caters for many locals, visitors and the business clientele in the close vicinity. Business clientele is also expected to increases over the next few years!

Went to have breakfast there this morning and they had ran out of half the stuff on the menu very disappointed as was looking forwards to trying this place being a sunday you would think they would have ordered accordingly to demand so did not order there and went somewhere else :(
