They really help, especially if your buy a new car. Thanks to Danny and Dara, my wife now has a safe and cool Holden trax to drive! They actually lent us a new Astra to Drive for a couple of weeks while we got a few things sorted. Can't recommend them highly enough!

Communication needs a bit of work. I tried using their website with no response. I had to return calls to them multiple times just to view a used car. Didn't think it would be so hard just to arrange a suitable time to see a used car! Anyway vehicle was as advertised and although they did the usual up-sell and dealer tactics, they didn't stuff me about once I was firm with them and they met my price without the mind games. Deal went through quickly and they were very polite and professional in the end once the deal was signed. Heard a few unhappy customers on the phone from the service department whist I was there so servicing may be a different story.
