Commonwealth Bank Gosford Branch

The simplest things take 5 hours it's ridiculous staff seem Un educated on there job and are constantly asking each other for help then you'll have 3 of them starring at the screen with stupid looks on there faces when what u need done should only take a minute and when the place is closing after you've been there for hours they'll rush u out the door tell u that everything's sorted when really nothings been done and u have to return the next day to repeat the whole process if u need to go there don't make any plans for the rest of the day and get in early there seems to be a 12 hour figure out what u r talking about then stare at a screen with a blank look on u r face for 5 hour waiting time on top of the already ridiculous waiting time :( not happy

Applied for a business account and only requested for a debit card to be issued. Waited more than a week and we really needed that card so called commbank 24/7. Apparently this branch did not issue any cards for us. Really?They should know how inconvenient it would be. will not recommend this one at all

Not a good bank take more give less but more fee
