Dwyers Mazda

Booked our Mazda 6 in for it's 3rd service and to look at fuel gauge issues for the second time, both times we where told that they had run out of time to look at the feel gauge issue. They had the car for 5.5hrs each time. Asked us to bring it back again. We live 35kws away and work easy for them to say bring it back another day.

Nice staff and not pushy at all, they let me take a car for a drive even though I told them I didn't really want it as I wanted. Manual and it was auto.

Had an unlucky incident with my car... very unlucky. But Frank and the service team went over and above expectations to help. Time came for a new car a few months later... the service I received from Dwyers, really made it easy to buy another 6. Plus an easy sales experience.

Great staff, great cars and great prices!
From the second I enquired the staff where amazing and made the process easy, especially for someone with limited car knowledge.
I travelled 2hrs to view and collect the car and I will do it again when I next need to buy my next car!

Outstanding service. Saw a Mazda 6 online, but no photos as it had just been traded. Whilst on the phone, images were sent to me. I drove from Sydney & bought the car. Easy to negotiate on price, staff were more than willing to come to the party. Nothing was a problem. Easy drive from western Sydney where I live. Have no hesitation in buying another vehicle here. This is my first Mazda, although a 2014 model, wife was so
impressed with my 6 she wants a new one for herself.
Don't know why there are negative comments, maybe some people expect too much. Once again, thank you to all the staff at Dwyers that I dealt with, I drove home with a smile on my face.....and I am hard to please !

Would just like to mention what a great experience I had with the staff at Wollongong Mazda. All were very happy and helpful. They were not pushy and were very reliable when it came to contacting me, unlike other dealers we had experiences with prior.
Id like to give a big thankyou to Jaimi Lea who made my sister and I feel so comfortable , she was so easy to speak with and very knowledgable.
And Luke who was such a nice person , he did all of our finance so quick and easy he made us feel very welcome.
