We provide affordable, clean and well located rooms. Dorm beds from $25 /night , twins from $50 /night through to double rooms for $60 /night - weekly rates are even cheaper! Apart from great room rates, we have an an onsite manager, who lives in a separate area downstairs, equipped kitchen, laundry, shared bathrooms (3), outside deck, large leafy backyard. There is even a games room downstairs with a table tennis table and a gym set.

Each room has a bed, beside table, chest of drawers and wardrobe. Some rooms are small, some are huge! Linen and towels can be provided too, or bring your own.

‘Estreet’ was established to offer affordable accommodation right in the heart of Lismore, within walking distance to shops, hospital, TAFE, ACE North Coast and all sporting facilities.
The upstairs area (tenant area) has two showers, an extra shower with a bath, two separate toilets and the large bathroom also has another toilet. The caretaker has their own facilties and is there to ensure that the garbage is taken out, the cleaning is done (we have a professional cleaner once per week) and that the lawns and gardens are kept in order.
It's a practically located, fully equipped and fun accommodation alternative.
