Absolutely dreadful. Staff sold us a faulty product, and when we attempted to return it, refused to believe is, saying there was a blockage, which was not true. Even after the manager tried to clear the non existent blockage and then demonstrate the vacuum was not working in failed in front of us. He then continued to act aggressively and rudely, refuse to authorise a refund. At no point did he act professionally or politely, but showed his complete lack of interest in the customer. On attempting to escalate the problem the area manager proceeded to try and built my wife into taking in store credit. This company seems to think that it can behave like a monopoly, test it's customers like dirty and get away with it. I highly recommend avoiding them and looking to the far superior prices, products and customer service from online retailers, who actually behave the way a business should.

One of the worst customer sales efforts I have ever experienced and will never set foot in store again. Attitude and lack of interest when a customer only needed a basic steam mop. Nothing pleasant to make you want to shop locally.
