The girls were victorious in their No Gi divisions yesterday at the Pan Pacific Championships! Wendy and Allison both medelled and finished the weekend off with a bang! It's been a big weekend for Gracie Parramatta competitors and each and everyone of them has embodied the true meaning of jiu-jitsu; passion, dedication and hard work. Above all this weekend enabled training partners, coaches and all humita competitors to come together to laugh, celebrate and bond over their co...mmon love of jiu-jitsu. Training partners and coaches got to know each other better and our community became stronger and fiercer than ever. Congratulations to all Humita competitors, we cannot be any more proud of you!

Congratulations to all Humita competitors who competed yesterday. An action packed day produced triumphs and trials, with all competitors showing real heart on the mats. We are so proud of all those that competed, your dedication and skill to jiujitsu shone through. Putting everything on the line, each and everyone rose to the challenge and for that we are incredibly honoured to have you as our students. A large portion of our gym consists of three incredible families; The Varudo’s, Corte-Real’s and the Rosa’s who are all participating in the Blacktown Cancer Councils Relay for Life for the 4th year in a row. A way for the family to reflect on their loved ones and those lost to cancer, we invite you to donate to their cause, one we are sure will benefit many during a tough time. As a sign of respect for to the cancer council that helped them during an incredibly difficult time, they have invited all friends and family members to join them on their day and to please donate to their team. Every little bit helps.
