Hank'S Seafood Now Closed (Permanently Closed)

Three strikes and your OUT! We have been to Hanks three times, each time hoping to have an enjoyable meal; each time disappointed. Waitress and floor manager are pleasant and apologetic for poor food quality. last night the apology for the cockroach crawling up my sleeve, just didn't cut it! Unfortuenatly Hanks only survives due to the prime location inside the Panthers club. Each visit we have had to return meals as was the case last night, we also noticed the table next to us also sent a meal back... Not good enough for the prices charged. Management need to address the lack of supervision in the kitchen. I for one wont be back.

Very disappointing. There was gunk floating in the bottle of water and my glass of water. Which they swapped. I ordered the fish basket. The fries/chips were stale. The prawn crackers were stale. The crumbed fish was raw. Returned the meal and left feeling sick about the experience. My wife and I were visiting from interstate and my mother took us here. We were really looking forward to the experience and did not enjoy the experience. The staff and manager apologised for the experience.

Meh. Below average meal.

When I pay $24 for fish and chips I expect the meal to be hot, the fish to have some taste and the chips to not be limp.
The salad was the size of a side plate.
And to top it off the mean took a long time to come out.

The best thing about the meal was the coke.

My advice is go somewhere else.

Great food. Great staff. Most staff now remember us. We've only bein there a few times.
