Humber Description
Humber – located at 226 Crown St Wollongong is set in the old Hillman Humber building, today over 80 years old. In 2014 a multi-million dollar complete refurbishment and expansion was undertaken on the building and re-launched as ‘Humber – Kitchen, Bar & Rooftop’
The now three level property offers consumers fresh food kitchen for breakfast and lunch on the ground floor with a unique twist (coming soon). With the middle floor and rooftop offering a perfect afternoon and evening space to watch the sun go down and continue into the night - over two upper levels, with two different bars.
Designed in 2013-2014, Humber is a venue like the Illawarra has never before seen, with a multi-million dollar investment using award winning Sydney based hospitality designers and state of the art technology and fit out components.

For breakfast, very hearty portions showcasing fresh seasonal local produce and making exceptional coffee, including affordable filters with tasting notes. I recommend you give the gluten free bread a miss altogether though - its a shocker.
Roof top bar was fantastic on a sunny spring afternoon...let the red wine flow.
Humber? Great place to hang out with friends. Services by friendly and helpful staff. Foods are good but quite often slow. Price are reasonable. Atmosphere is top! Recommend this place a try.

Nice spot but a little pricey. Best to go next door to Grilled for a burger if you need food.
$1 dumplings and $5 drinks on Wednesdays 😵 sooo good. And they're really encouraging when you're contemplating getting more dumplings. And the chick at the bar looks JUST. LIKE. TAYLOR. SWIFT! and she really likes tradies 🙋

Great place for breakfast or afternoon drinks on the rooftop. Friendly staff and handy location if in the city.
Came for breakfast to try out this place early morning, and indeed we were not disappointed. Food was excellent and coffee too. It was quiet as we were the few early customers, music not too loud which was great, friendly staff and I highly commend the Chef for the fantastic job on preparing our brekky (Pig N Eggs & Humber Cooked Breakfast) from presentation to right texture with so much flavors and may I add crispy bacon was perfect.
