Hunter Belle Dairy Co. are producers of quality, handmade artisan dairy products in the Hunter Valley of NSW. A family owned and operated business, the majority of processing Hunter Belle's large range of products takes place at our new factory in Scone. A selection of cheese continues to be made at our Muswellbrook site, which is open to the public and also houses Hunter Belle Cheese Cafe.
ONLINE SHOPPING - IMPORTANT INFORMATION
We can only send cheese to limited locations across Australia. Please see map below, if you are unsure please CONTACT US before placing your order. In the event we cannot guarantee fast shipping to your address we will contact you and issue you a full refund.
Deliveries are dispatched Monday and Tuesdays ONLY of each week. In the event that any of these week days are a Public Holiday no dispatch will occur on that day.
Orders are shipped in foam boxes with ice bricks via courier.
Dependent upon your location most orders will be received by the recipient within 48 hours of dispatch. You will be notified when your order has been despatched, it is advisable that someone is home for collection to ensure cheese is not left unattended to. It is not unusual, when receiving your package, to find that the ice bricks have melted and the box temperature is higher than your refrigerator temperature. Please place your cheese into your refrigerator as soon as possible, please do not panic if it is warm, we often mature cheese at 10-14 degrees which hastens the maturing process. It may also be slightly out of shape, however it will not be harmed, but it may have a strong cheesy smell.
Cost of delivery is $15. 00 per order (free when you spend over $150). We are not able to deliver to Post Office Boxes, we must have a physical home or business address.
If you have purchased cheese as a gift it is highly advisable to contact the recipient and let them know to look out for the gift parcel to avoid disappointment from an overlooked parcel that has been left out at the nominated address!
With a wide range of products focusing on cheese, but also including yogurt, milk and butter we only use the highest quality of ingredients to produce such high standards of produce.
With over 10 employees headed by Jason, along with wife Annie, and parents Geoff and Tania, Hunter Belle Dairy Co is producing more cheese than ever and we are doing our best to get it available near you.
