Awesome service. Have been dealing with problems with my car swerving constantly on the road for quite a while now and everyone I went to were giving me mixed messages of what was wrong with the damn thing. As soon as I took it to JAX west gosford, Jericho & mechanic picked up the problem straight away. Problem ended up being my shock absorbers and had to replace. Honestly would recommend the mechanic here and Jeri, they did an excellent job.

Had a set (4) new Michelin Primacy 3 ST tyres put on. Great service, quick and very friendly. I'll definitely be back

Driving from Newcastle to Canberra the car developed an unpleasant vibration. Called into Jax to check the tyres. They were quick, professional and friendly. Problem solved in 30 mins and back on our way.

A quick and inexpensive fix to a flat tyre was the first step, it didn't last and a deeper inspection revealed a cracked alloy wheel. Right before Easter. The team at Jax Mittagong loaned me a wheel and tyre for the weekend while they had my wheel repaired. And quite economically too. Friendly service above and beyond the call of duty. Really impressed!

4.15 in the afternoon repaired my puncture checked the tyre pressure in the other tyres and tyre blacked all four tyres all for $26

Worst Tyre Fitting Experience Ever. Alloy wheel faces scratched and filthy from wheel balancing, two centre caps lost, one damaged, and tyre shine overspray on the paintwork. On the plus side they fitted some tyres. These guys are complete monkeys, AVOID at all costs.

Repaired my tyre quickly with no issue.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE!!! Got a puncture repaired. They were supposed to put my spare (factory alloy and new tyre) in my boot. Didn't realise until later they put a crappy rim with a bald tyre instead. Met the franchisee and he didn't care. Would give zero stars if I could.

Absolutely no reason to give this more than two stars. Pretty sure my review is more 'independent' than others that have been posted. I shop based on Google reviews but don't review often. This tyre shop is just like every other tyre shop I have been to... 42 psi when the tyre placard on the card recommends 26-29psi and couldn't be bothered to clean the grease off the wheels after putting the tyres on. Wheels needed alignment but he couldn't tell me by how much they were out...

Got tyres fitted today. Fantastic customer service, very fast and friendly. They give you honest advice without trying to rip you off. I'll be back!

I had a great experience at Jax Tyres Brookvale. The staff were all friendly, and they went out of their way to assist. They were quick, and reasonably priced.

Fantastic operator Brad who went out of his way to get my car right with what started as a wheel alignment turned into having to have the wheels rotated as well of which I wasn't charged for.
Great service as well as not trying to rip you off for things that are not needed.

These guys are the best. The customer service is great, they can pretty much help you with anything. They make the time to listen and it's very apparent that they've got a great deal of expertise and experience. Prices are always fair and the work transparent. I always feel comfortable here.

Took my Mazda RX7 to get 4 new tyres. everything working. Pickup car and given a wheel bolt back. Only 3 bolts were installed in rear wheel. On inspection found 3 installed bolts stripped. Brad the Manager chased a replacement axle the next week and called offering to supply and correct the damaged axle. This is the best after sales service seen in some time. Originally gave a 1, but gotta give Brad the extra points for the attention

This place used to be great (hence the good average rating) but has recently become terrible, likely due to new management. Every time I visit, there’s something new wrong with my suspension or tires somehow.

The final nail in the coffin was when my car started smoking on the way home from a routine service, due to a missing radiator hose connector the mechanics had broken. Instead of admitting responsibility they charged me $400 to fix their own mistake.

Avoid this place like the plague. They’ve lost my business forever.

Michael is easily one of the greatest mechanics on the coast and Jax are competitively priced.

They did the tyres nice and fast, within an hour. But very rude smug guy working front desk which was a let down. Mocks you if you ask if they do paywave, and needs a lesson in customer service. Won't be returning

I had a screw in my tyre and needed a replacement set that morning. JAX was the only local place that would fix it for me on the spot. They provided good advice, had a solid range to choose from and didn't try to up-sell me on gimmicks. I would have no hesitation in returning or recommending this place.
