My sister tried to cut my hair; disaster. They fixed it perfectly in no time. Thanks heaps!!

I arrived at 3:30pm today (Sunday closing time is 4pm), no customers in the store, only to be told they are 'no longer taking appointments' and then watched the staff members faff about (including one on her phone for some of the time) for 30 mins before closing the store. I just needed a simple men's haircut.

Long wait, cut and customer service was average.

The hair cut was just what I wanted, very friendly staff, great customer service, definitely coming back

Ok for the kids cut. There are cheaper place especially for boys.

certain staff and a certain manager are rude and incompetent.
for what it's worth, i wouldn't even let my worst enemy sit in their chairs.

Just went for a fringe trim, terrible cant even cut it straight! 25 minutes later she was still messing around trying to get its level it out. I left and finished the job at home.
Unfortunately this was my experience with one of the stylists, I can't brush all the staff with this review as plenty of other customers seem very happy

Took our baby in for his first haircut. Fantastic experience. iPads were available for distractions and our hairdresser (Rob) was fantastic with our boy. Highly highly recommended.

The Manchester hair stylist Chloe from Just Cuts Eastgardens is outstanding! She was super friendly and really talented! We discussed what I wanted and then she let me know with her experience (almost 9 years!) what she could do to add to the look I was looking for. She delivered amazing customer service and I'm really happy with my new hair! You exceeded my expectations! The worst hair cut I have ever had. I could have done a better job on my on hair whilst blind folded with a pair of garden shears.

Just had my hair cut and dried by Marieta at Justcuts. She was warm, friendly and best of all, a fabulous hairdresser. I've kept to the same cut for years but never have i been so happy with it afterwards. Marieta worked a miracle. The whole team were smiling and friendly and no loud booming music. No appointment, just walk ins; the wait was very reasonable and they estimated it accurately. I've found my hairdressers in the highlands!

Never under any circumstances would I recommend this place!
I've had some bad hairstyles over the years yet never have I gone back to have one 'fixed' as I did here. My already short hair is now 3cm shorter .. and the (unasked for)undercut the first one gave me .. still exists, because "oh it would look terrible if I cut any more off there"!!
Get your 3year old to play hairdresser before you go to this salon.

Friendly staff, not the best haircut. End result was rather messy when we asked for a neat haircut. Would work for someone who needs a very simple haircut.

Depending on who you get Just Cuts can be great or terrible.

This is Just Cuts, you get cheap, decentish haircuts. The price is good, but not hugely competitive compared to other barbers around for men's or kids cuts. For women's cuts it's pretty good.

The handling of kids hair cuts is pretty good, but the same DVD gets dragged out every time. Invest in a library to give kids a choice guys.

Long waits, don't even try after 1pm on a weekend.

As part of Riverside Plaza there's a fair bit of parking but you can find it busy in peak times around the end of the day or on weekends. There's both underground and above ground parking available, so have a look at both.

My hairdresser relocated to Kiama, just bit far to drive from Woonona even for a good hair cut.

Hair cut was average but the customer service was extremely disappointing. The hairdresser offended me by constantly commenting on the lack of volume in my hair and how poorly I take care of it. She also repetitively promoted their expensive hair products, claiming that it would 'fix' my hair. I will not be going back because I don't enjoy being shamed by my hairdresser when I'm trying to get a simple trim.

Quite expensive. I could have gotten the same haircut elsewhere for less than half the price.

Terrible! I took my husband to be there for a haircut today, showed the lady a picture of the style we both wanted for him because it is for our wedding. She did the total opposite of what we wanted, I think that she just wanted him to have the hairstyle she preferred. 👎 I will never be going back there again... especially for the price we paid which was $31.

This is second bad cutting with just cuts, hair stylist is not professional, she is mainly concentrating on selling the products rather than cutting hair. I never go to just cuts again.

Wasn't really impressed to be honest. I normally cut my own hair. Was going to a wedding thought I would get a proper cut. I think the price is expensive for my hair cut $30, I don't have long, thick hard to work with hair, actually not much on top. Took like 10 minutes, not only that I had to go home and fix up the massively Uneven sideburns.... First time I've ever needed to to that. So pretty disappointed.

OK I guess. Did the job but wasn't the best cut I've had, and certainly not the cheapest given the quality of the result. I did have the option to complain but wasn't worth the effort - the cut wasn't that bad. Will likely not return unless nowhere else is open or they're too busy.

I always have my hair cut and styled at Just Cuts and the ladies at the Lakehaven store are so helpful. It is great to know I will walk out with fabulous hair!

Great customer service, nice staff, perfect cutting, much better than I expected. Quite expensive compare with my regular barber. But totally worth it, at least I believe so.

Was a bit hesitant to go after reading some of these reviews, but it looks like the Just Cuts staff have paid attention and made some big changes for the better.
In the time I sat waiting for my appointment, I noticed every hairdresser was listening very closely to what their client was asking for, working with them to make sure they were happy.
My experience was the same when it was my turn. I'm pretty terrible at explaining what cut I want but the lady was super accommodating and worked with me to make sure I got exactly what I was after.
I needed some product and she was honest with what I needed which was their cheapest one, didn't try to upsell anything.
Honest people, I'll definitely be going back :)

Very disappointed with this store, my fiancé went to get a trim and the women gave him a crew cut! Completely ruined his hair, will never be returning to this store

Such a good cut. I have difficult hair to cut and it was tamed and stylish.

Very rude. Showed her a picture of the hair cut (very simple) i was aiming for and she completely brushed me off with negative comments and acted like she didnt want to be in anyones presence. Definitely not going back. :)

Staff are friendly and can cater to most customer requests. The store can be quite busy on occassions. On these days after you leave your details with the reception desk ask how long the wait will be so instead of sitting patiently waiting your turn you could leave the store and do some shopping and return to the store before your appointment

Arrogant and rude. They don't know how to communicate with customers. The haircut is terrible, worst I have ever had ! nothing I have asked for. The hairdresser was defensive and arrogant rather than apologising for cutting way more than asked and very badly. Completely ruined my hair style. The manager offered to resolve the problem by styling my haircut even more, difficult thing to do since they have cut already too much. The next day I even found out that my neck hair on the back left side hadn't been cut at all and the line behind the ear is not shaped evenly. The "stylist" kept repeating that he has 25 years of experience, as if that's good enough of an excuse and said that if I left my hair longer on the top side I would look ridiculous. Arrogant, obnoxious and incompetent ! I ended up paying 31 dollars for a haircut that is not worth anything at all... hopefully they'll use this money to take some courses. My advice: never choose this place!

Awful service and false promises, the receptionist stated that it will be 10 minutes however i waited over 20 minutes, another customer comea in and she said the same thing again! As soon as i left though i got bombarded with automated SMS mesaages stating i should turn back as im the next in line, how funny stating 10 minutes then as soon as i leave i get 5 sms messages, absolutely rubbish customer service experience ! Incompetent.

Great haircut, got exactly what I asked for done in no time along with super friendly service. I have been here multiple times and it is always the same great service.

Worst hair cut ever

Unfortunately a very unpleasant experience. The guy that cut my hair would barely talk to me and when I asked him about hos opinion he would answer 'It's your hair you must know what you want'. I don't expect a full on care for that price but a bit of advice and a smile I do still expect. He was very rough on my thin hair and I'm not very happy with the cut either. Wouldn't recommend going there or at least chppse one of the ladies to take care of your hair.

Usually go here and all good, till yesterday 😭. I explained what I wanted. What do I get a hair cut EXACTLY HOW I DID NOT WANT. What can be done? Not much as there is nothing left to cut, so but shave my head.

If 'no star' is an option that I would give it to them. $55 for no more than 10 mins cut for long hair. Without any communication and suggestion that the hair dresser was already going to cut my hair! I explained my expectation is I would my hair can not be so flat and I've been told 'I can't help with that, you need to blow it'. After 7-8 mins that told my hair has been done and without blow dry, let me left the salon with water drops. The first time visiting also definitely the LAST TIME.

Mary has always done a fantastic job every time I had my hair cut by her, which I've had for more than 3 times. She took the time, her patience and attention to detail to treat her customers. Excellent! Will go back. Keep up the great work.

The worst haircut I've ever had, I had to correct it myself once I got home. To look at the positive side, at under 5 minutes it's the fastest haircut I have ever had.

I had a style cut by Nick, who was very professional and gave my a very nice haircut. He went off what I had before (at least 3 months ago) and told me what kind of style it was. He was happy to talk, but also happy to let me sit in silence.

just ridiculous. one side of fringe is 2cm shorter. most of hair on top is longer that fringe. this high fashion is too high for a simple man like me.

Waited at the door to see when it was opening. Lady in shop glared at me and made the symbol 10 with her hands which i assumed meant 10 minutes which would make it 9.30am. We came back at 9.30, 10 mins later and waited at shopfront for about 5 minutes. She clearly saw us waiting at the entrance and she just kept looking at her computer.We ended up just googling the opening hours and saw that it was 10 o'clock. It would have been good customer service to just let us know when she was opening clearly. A smile and goid communication goes a long way...

My name is Elizabeth and I had my hair done by Laureen on Saturday, 30th. My hair was very dry and I needed some drastic work done. Laureen had cut my hair into a concave bob and I absolutely love it. I am from Canberra and have recently purchased a property on the coast for my seachange in a couple of years. I will come in and see Laureen on a regular basis......she was awesome and worth the 2 hour travel..

The wait times here are terrible! Don't show up unless you have an hour or more to spare.
