really disappointed in the customer service i received today, usually really helpful staff but today they must not have been on. Very rude, will buy online from now on.

I purchased a pair of new shoes from kathmandu online they were sold as new but had actually been worn with dirt on them,
So I contacted them online they refused to give refund,
To be honest they are a very questionable company and I strongly urge people to try others more legitimate companies when purchasing hiking and camping gear
