great bikes with a reasonable price .. friendly and helpful staff

My lekker was Dutch for lemon. I purchased a sportief 2 in February last year and since then I have had the following mechanical problems: broken basket, faulty fork, and 6 broken spokes. Lekker replaced the basket and the fork but replacements took months. I paid for spoke replacement on 3 separate occasions and many bike shops charge $50 for the service each time. I subsequently bought a Fuji Feather and have had zero mechanical issues. I now recommend that people buy a quality bike from a reputable brand.

First and foremost, I love my bike - the Sportief. Bought it as an inner-city commuter bike and to get around on the weekends and it is perfect. I'm a suit rider! Staff were exceptional: friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and efficient.

I purchased the Elite Amsterdam bike a few weeks ago. After riding it several times already I can honestly say what a great road bike it is. Very quiet and handles well in corners. Was initially worried about "bold" tires, but those ThickSlicks are sensational. Great bike with handsome looks.

Just bought my sexy black Sportief bike and all the accessories a guy could hope for today. Mitch provided excellent customer service, was truly knowledgeable about the bikes and I cant wait to take it for a ride this weekend. Thanks again mate and definitely would consider buying another bike in the future for my other half.

Loving my Lekker bike. Great service friendly and helpful. I was able to take a few bikes on test drives around. They set the bike up the way I want, making the necessary adjustments. They even helped me fit my tag along!

I left my bicycle's wheels to repair because was flat. They fixed the first time and as everyone knows to fix in your rear bicycle u need to deflate it.
As soon as I inflated and fix on a proper pressure suddenly explode.
However I brought the wheels back and ask again to fix it.
Surprise!!!! They let me pay again because there was not their fault.
When u repair something u should check better if everything is right and might change an other stuff to do a better service. Anyway the guy who serve me was really arrogant and he had a bad attitude. He didn't even know u must deflate the tyres before fix on your bicycle. Anyway, bad service, bad quality, bad attitude and easy money.
Never go back again.

Excellent customer service, the store assistant I dealt with - Clinton - was friendly and helpful. I selected the bicycle I wanted, he made sure to set it up just the way I needed. The bicycle itself is great to ride and I've since invested in some additional accessories (tan leather seat with matching grips, rear rack etc). Thank you LEKKER.

The LEKKER shop is a real Dutch commuter bicycle shop. They developed bikes specially for Australia meaning light weight and rust proof. Very easy to climb up hill and cruise around the city. Great staff very friendly and help full. Love the concept guys go for it!

I walked in the shop to put air in tyres. Not only did the guy help me, but I knocked over the bikes outside and still he had great service to provide! If I ever need anything, going into this shop - good sales/customer service
