Maitland Nissan

I bought a brand new 2015 Nissan Navara and too was told that there were capped servicing. Every time I get my car serviced the price always increases. I rang and enquired about the increases and was told that unfortunately capped servicing does increase at times. I also have a Toyota Prado and not once has my $220 capped servicing increased with Toyota. It's a huge difference how better my family are treated at Toyota and that is where we will continue to update our vehicles from now on.

Buyer beware, give this business a big miss! I purchased a brand new Nissan all cash & was shown a laminated A4 size costings of fixed price annual service charges. A year later I take in my vehicle for its service to find out the price for fixed price annual service is actually double what I was previously told and shown. I went back to see the sales person Larry to complain, he just shrugged his shoulders and his I don't care it's not my problem attitude was dumb founding to me! I will NEVER go back to Maitland Nissan again.

So-called Local Guide props up these self-important bunch with undeserved 5 Star review.

Otherwise, unsuspecting customers would get an honest warning about this useless business, with rude attendances and contemptuously indifferent approach to customers.

This business gives Nissan a bad name.

Very rude, I gave them deposit for car and my finace was some how not approved. They are not giving back my deposit. Asking me to pay full amount for the car. Very disappointing.

Ford ranger was delivered with engine fault, amongst other issues, after assuring me of their rigorous workshop tests and no faults. After 4 weeks of bad communication will not pay for repairs but insist I drive down an unsafe vehicle to be repaired by their workshop at my own cost and my own time.
Bad service, bad communication, but worst of all, blatantly lied about the condition of the car to make the sale.
Don't trust this dealer..
