Nice food, good casual atmosphere, well set up for a bit of a flutter on the races and the ginger beer is delicious.

A good old fashioned, working class pub. The staff are super friendly and very good at their jobs. A great place to have a beer and a meal before you tackle the markets.

Best little kept secret in Sydney, Flemington.
Friendly staff, Fantastic beer & Great atmosphere. After a day out in the city all i wanted was a light meal (chips & veggies cost $4 ...yes $4) & a nice cold beer. Go there!

The rooms where clean and the beds were comfortable. The micro kitchen had a kettle and toaster. The bathroom was spacious yet had no ventilation so everything got moist so I wouldn't keep electronics in there while you shower. The tv was big and had complimentary Netflix(or people forgot to log out of there accounts) and YouTube. The location was 200m away from Paddy's markets and a short drive to qudos arena and spotless stadium. The bistro had decent food while the pizzas were on the small side and the chips where top notch. Over all a really good budget to mid range option with quick and easy access to all sorts in Sydney

Food is great. Never open when say they are. Always call before you go because they close early or are not open when they say they are.

After struggling to find the check in desk due to the complete absence of signage, we were eventually directed to the smoke filled games room, which in 2017 I didn't think possible and with a pregnant wife, it wasn't a good start. However, the experience was saved by friendly staff and a well priced bar and bistro. Staff even delivered us extra chips. The room was fairly basic but had a huge new smart TV and effective air conditioning. Would be much better if they relocated the check in desk.

If you come here you need to realise it is a casino with rooms as an afterthought. You need to carry your bags up a few flights of stairs. The carpet is dirty and worn. They tried to cover up the room smell with a plug in air freshener but failed. It's one redeeming feature is it's 15 minute walk to the train station.
