Fantastic customer service! Great and simple breakfast options! Coffee spot on!

Went to have dinner here after reading many great reviews and it was not as amazing as people made it up to be. This place has many great things about it don't get me wrong, such as the atmosphere and the waiters and waitresses who were very friendly. I get that it's Friday night and it's very busy but waiting almost 20 minutes to order and waiting over 40 minutes for food is kind of ridiculous. I noticed a lot of the people around us didn't have their food either. Most of everyone's food came out at the same time which is not ideal for the people who ordered first. The food presentation was great but the food itself was not amazing. I can definitively say that they had the most lack-lustre chips that I've ever had in the maitland area, although the sriracha aioli was addicting and almost made up for the fries. Only other thing was they mixed up our bills with another tables' which is an honest mistake, but if my partner didn't actually look at the receipt, we would've been overcharged by over $30.

I like this place. It has a nice vibe. We had coffee and banana bread and sat in the comfortable lounge chairs.

I really want to give this cafe five stars but I can't. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, coffee was superb, staff were friendly but service was REALLY slow. Not enough staff to cope with an almost-full cafe this morning. We waited 20mins for staff to take our order (after getting our own menus and water) and another forty minutes for our food. I really want to try their dinner and hope additional staff will be rostered on to ensure better wait times.

Wonderful bar. The menu selections are limited, but everything is delicious.

I have now been To Marmook and Poom Poom's thrice and have had great food and service all three times.
