Max Brenner Chocolate Bar - Cafe

Organised cheesecake to be set aside for my son's birthday but staff forgot .so no cake for the birthday

Great service and lovely meal the chocolate was superb.

Entered and sat at a table that was dirty and unstable, 10 minutes later and no service and there was only two other customers, but five staff. This was our first time and definitely our last. If customer service is poor, then all other aspects of the restaurant would most likely be poor also.

I don't recommended this establishment.

Staff need to be more professional. Made us the wrong drinks, knew it and served them to us anyway. One staff member even told us they were the correct drinks, they then charged us a bit extra for the right drinks lol
At least the drinks were good in the end.

Meals were amazing, the staff on other hand were no help at all.. asked for a suggestion for my nephew she responded dunno In a rude manner. Other staff were quiet miserable
