Mcdonald'S Raymond Terrace

So I've come into the store to I fact eat in then I was served with no manners n no offer of eating in because staff would rather stand behind the counter than bring you your food as advitised very disappointing as a loyal customer

I called into mcdonaldd at Raymond Terrace just to get A frozen coke. Stlood there for 5 mins no-one was serving and when someone came to serve the person had a bad attitude. Then they made up drinks for orders, mine included, and it sat on the counter for a few mins. I asked if my drink was ready as that's all I ordered and I get a angry look from the server before getting my drink. Sorry but will not be going there again. Very disappointed with the service and attitude of this one perskn😡😡😡

Worst McDonald's I have come across. I work at McDonald's and it's honestly not that hard to do your job there. My mother and I waited in the waiting bay for 12 minutes for two burgers which when I received them were not even fresh? I was also given attitude from crew and a manager when I went inside to ask why it was taking so long. Months ago we were at this same McDonald's and my mother got abused and threatened by two of the managers. Worst customer service and absolutely filthy work place. Keep up the good work Raymond Terrace McDonald's!

McDonald's is McDonald's. We stopped here during our travels up north. Good quick customer service. The food was as expected. I admit I enjoy their crispy chicken salads and their fries, so my meal was enjoyable

Waiting 20mins tonight at the drive through for a happy meal large chips and drink.very slow service.

This is the worst mccdonalds in NSW. Avoid it and go to nearby Heatherbrae store on pacific highway instead.

They did not have any power sockets to charge my laptop but the free wifi was ok.

Had breakfast with 2 large caps it tasted like warm milk. Worst coffee ever. Staff wasn't very friendly!

today i purchased 2 gourmet angus cheeseburgers.neither had onions, bacon. swiss cheese as advertised. my partner also ordered a crispy chicken with bacon burger which also had no bacon on it.it all cost $26.15.. what a rip off !!!!!!!! small buns..not been to mcdonalds in a long time. wont be going back either..total waste of money!!!!not happy.

We arrived here hungry. Staff kept us waiting while they organized change at the till and then made a mistake.
Ordered truffle mayo and parmaseon loaded fries. There was just about no mayonnaise and zero parmesan cheese. Staff had to go and get the bag from the cool room, apparently no-one received any today.
Would you make a burger and leave the bun out because you couldn't be bothered?!?
