Medicine with Motion (MWM) is an Exercise Physiology business run out of Hastings Medical Centre in Wauchope NSW.
The team at MWM are university qualified health professionals known as Exercise Physiologists or EPs and are firm believers in using exercise as medicine when it comes to the management of your chronic health conditions. Our EPs will work in conjunction with you and your Doctor to help devise the best strategy to assist you in the management and /or prevention of your health condition through lifestyle modifications, education, exercise advice and constant support.
We will help you create achievable goals and put in place a strategy to accomplish them whether they be to increase your activities of daily living, reduce pain and improve well-being, weight management, injury rehabilitation, sports specific training and /or the prevention and management of chronic and complex medical conditions.
