Food was great! Access from Windsor Road was a bit of a hassle. The place was too quiet.

Six adults and two young children had lunch on Christmas Eve to celebrate my daughter's birthday. Most enjoyable time. Food delicious. Children's meals great. Loved the club.

The staff that run the food section are fantastic! Shame about the bar staff (except the ladies- They are fast & professional ), the men that work behind there are slow and rude on a consistent basis. Starts with the manager on duty, he seems more intent on going home every time we go there.
A fantastic place for the kids to play and nice food. Just need some new managers and clean out the bad attitude of some of the staff that have been there for a long time

Kids play area is excellent. Relaxing for families, but outside without cover. Good food.

A Family Friendly club. NBC has gone to great lengths to improve their ability to cater to families, the new jumping castle and kids play area really does open this up to families. Definitely worth a visit if it's your local club.

Great little pub with good food and the lawn bowling is good fun!

Really nice club, the new outdoor kids area is fanatic. Food was truly lovely. Few let downs:
- Not a single smile. The staff we spoke to made it look like they really didn't want to be there. They were conversing away at the bar, acting as though they were in their own living room, few swear words got out in front of customers with kids. With exception of one young guy, who was polite, they all looked annoyed by having to work.
- The bouncing castle is sitting on irrigation system that made the castle suck up some water off the ground and spit it out on top making the castle very wet with puddles in some places. Prepare spare change of clothes.

Overall great place and I will go back but am always feeling sad for the owners when I see that they spend the buck on renovation, bring on some extras for patrons, give a good thought to the menu and get a good chef but the people that are facing customer and should be the most hospitable ones, fail them.

Went for dinner with family. Decent selection of food which came out in good time and good quality, service was good also. They had some soft play equipment outside on spare bowls field for kids to play on/in.
