Really disappointed with both service and food quality.
Service because no one really seemed to know much had to keep going back and forwards when asking about the menu. secondly. You have 2 people advertised for $ 29 on ur fb page. I asked about the specials as we have used in past and told prices have gone up and new menu. Now $ 35+ each.
I paid over $100 for meals to feed three people. 1 beef rib 1 pork rib 1 wings side of fries garlic bread and 2 standard drinks .
Being told prices have gone up cos meat cost have gone up. Fair enough. But our ribs were barely edible more bone than meat. And meat was charcoal black and dry covered in sauce to try mask the meat quality. We had to throw out most cos u just couldnt eat it.
I had to ask several questions about the meals because they werent clear what u get. In the past i have ordered much better quality and value for money meals. Hence why i came back.
But this was terrible. Honestly worst ribs i have ever had. Beef was burnt and dry, pork was over cooked and dry. I think the only thing we liked was the garlic bread. Chicken were okay. Nothing spectacular though.
I asked they check sauces were in the bag with the take away. They werent had to ask and check again...
Honestly want my money back...but not sure that will happen. So sharing my experience to give others a heads up.
Wont be back here again. Really gone backwards... Hope you guys reevaluate ur business cos with that quality of food for those prices i can see a bad rep spreading fast.

Steak was cooked well, chips were crunchy, Barra fillet was good. We used the birthday voucher. Lunch time was not too busy and the lunch menu was good value for money. Staff are courteous.

We planned to go to Grill’d but thought we’d give these guys another shot. Should have gone to Grill’d. My wife’s chicken schnitzel had a hard, also battered like finish, was super thin, like 5mm and was borderline burnt. Kids nuggets were burnt and I was sold on the Hawaiian chicken burger over the pulled pork one when I asked (the nice and polite) waitress which she thought was better. Only after she left did I see the pulled pork was the ten buck special, so possibly told me about the chicken one cause it was twice as much. It too was burnt in places and there was half a ring on pineapple on it, not enough! Had to remind the cashier that children eat free and she comp’d me an adult meal instead of the kids cause the chicken was what it was.

Still for a Sunday night at 7 or so and only three other tables to serve, there was no reason our food should’ve been presented like it was. I usually eat what my wife doesn’t but I like the 3/4 of schnitzel she didn’t want cause I couldn’t eat it either. I’d rather not leave negative reviews for businesses but in this instance I felt I should.

Went here with a voucher, found out that they would not honour it after the fact - we asked about the voucher before we went in - even reserved via the coupon website. Also, said kids eat free with for each adult meal, we left with charges for the kids meals as well. They did fix that afterwards at least, but be sure to check your charges if you eat here.

During the meal, the local staff were attentive and friendly and what we ordered came in pretty reasonable time, but honestly, the steak was quite tough, even though I ordered medium, it was medium well, at least. I would not recommend eating here unless you just have something for this particular chain - for the price, it was definitely not worth it.

Did the All you can eat ribs and wings, was a big joke, you have to finish the whole plate, including the chips. now half the plate was chips and the serving of wings and ribs was tiny. A big joke, especially when i never wanted all you can eat chips. will never go to this place again.

I ordered an eye fillet..medium, but it was very underdone..why I didn't ask them to throw it on the grill for another minute or so I don't know??? Stupid me!! I ate around the raw meat but most of it was uneaten..i like my steak pink and a bit of blood in the middle is ok..but in my 9 yr old daughters words ...ewww its all gooey and red 😂 the baked potato was awful and the salad was dry with no dressing. I pushed the plate aside, you would think, as it was an almost full plate that they would ask you if everything was ok? The waiter just asked if I was done and took the plate away, they couldn't care less.
As we left to pay, the cashier asked if everything was ok..I told her that I couldn't eat the steak as it was way underdone..she replied with 'oh I'm sorry about that' pffftt!!

Went here ordered the supposed large steak. Waited a long time to get it and it was terrible. I told waitress I was not happy and they replaced it. The second steak was good but a totally different cut of meat. Cant understand how that happens. If their steaks were as good as the second I would probably recommend them.

The waitresses were great in service and food came out after an appropriate period of time. Food was tasty, full of variety and was quite filling. Meat was cooked very well. The staff at Outback Jack's have made my mom's birthday dinner worthwhile, absolutely appreciated.
