My partner Kristy and I purchased a Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT from the team at Parramatta Motor Group and could not fault their customer service. Dropped my jeep in for a service. Looking for somewhere I can trust and take my cars to without worrying. Said that the windscreen water jets were clogged. Got call telling me what was wrong and that the jets needed replacing at$150.No problem. Pick up the car. Jets still not spraying. Obviously not checked. Not rocket science. Wonder how they go with a difficult problem.

Last Saturday I went into the used car dealership and purchased a fantastic Nissan SSS Pulsar which I am very happy with. I generally don't write reviews. But Parramatta Used group, I owe you guys. David you are not just a salesman but a guy with a good heart too. I spend almost the whole day for the car. At last I decided not to go further, at 5:30 pm it was time for them to shut, they were still happy even though I wasn't going to buy. But Craig made such a good deal so I was quite happy to put the deposit. Next day I got my Nissan Qashqai. Thanks Once again David you definitely are a Gem. Thanks to Michael and Joe as well. It sounds like I know everyone there now. Hope this financial year brings tons of $$$!!!!

At first, the Hyundai service dept was ok, then it wasnt. My car was taken there with 2 lights blown and they ended up calling me wanting $173 for wipers and 4 x globes, stating the indicator globes needed replacing (I didnt replace the indicator globes and the car passed rego last week). They also wanted to charge me $80 for the brake fluild flush, which for the first time in 8 years of owning the car and taking it to dealerships I was being charged for outside the standard service regime. When they called me, they missed areas that needed work, especially the Axle Seal replacement. When I stated that I wasnt advised on the phone, I was treated like an idiot and told that I misunderstood the conversation (I am an experienced Engineer who regularly works with technicians). Today when I looked under the car, I saw the extent of the problem, something which PMG should have advised on the phone during the service. Finally, when you call PMG Service wanting Technical detail of the car, such as torque specifications, they state that the information is not releasible to the public, but there is no company policy that prevents it, 2 other dealerships provided the detail I needed. I have more, but I have clearly articulated my point that PMG treats customers as sources of cash, rather than with respect and value.
