I have bought a few new cars in my time but I must admit the service I obtained from Jason Ulbrich was simply outstanding. Nice, easy not pushy deal on a new SS V. Really poor attitude when trying to book for a service in the Volkswagen department. In particular Jill seems to have an ongoing attitude problem & delights in being a smart arse to customers. I decided to cancel my service booking & will be taking my car elsewhere because of this. This is not the only time I have struck her rudeness. On the other hand the bus drivers who take you home etc are repeatedly amazing & a real credit to their business.

An excellent car dealership that I have just bought my first new car from. The staff were very helpful and friendly throughout the process. The service I received from my Sales consultant Jason Ulrich was outstanding. He listened and answered all of my questions and spent the time with me so that I felt very comfortable driving away in my new car. He followed up with a courtesy call to ensure that I was happy with my car and told me that if I had any issues or questions to phone or call in for assistance.I would highly recommend this dealership.

Great service! Bought a new car and the whole experience went so smoothly and easily. All the staff were lovely and patient and took time to make sure I was happy with everything. Feel I got a great deal and would highly recommend this dealership. I travelled from dealers closer to where I live because the price and vibe was so much better there.

Excellent experience with Paul Stanley and the team at Paul Wakeling Holden Campbelltown. Very friendly staff that accommodated well and worked well together to give me a great buy on my new 2017 SV6 VF wagon.

Serviced my car and requested to check all fluids and to top up as necessary and resquested to check air pollen filter due to odour (which supposed to be part of the service anyway). got my car back after whole day of service and when i checked they have not refilled the coolant. They also did not replace the airfilter despite already charging me for its replacement and labour.

**about 2weeks post the initial service i rebooked my car in for a follow-up service.
the manager was very courtous & professional in explaining the issues as above.

The coolant issue was resolved.
The explanation they gave me about the air filter issue however is that what they actually replaced is the "engine air filter" and on my receipt that said "pollen filter" is a typo error. - this doesn't make sense because my initial request was to check the "air filter inside due to odour". Anyhow, i have organised something else for the pollen filter issue.

They charge by the hour for a quote. I don't recommend this business.

I had booked my car in for service on the 13.09.16. I advised the woman I spoke to that my Satnav was not working as well and had not been working for a over a year. She phoned me back the same day to advise that when you bring your car in for service we will arrange for the Satnav to be fixed at the same time. I advised her I would be in at 7.00am. I have brought the car in to be fixed on the arranged day, only now at 10.30am to be advised that the business fixing my Satnav won't be able to fix until 12.00pm. Had they advised of this time previously I would not have come in till 10.45am. Not happy Jan. Poor communications from Wakelings.

Excellent customer service. Met with Jason, who really looked after us from the time we reached till we left extremely patient and helpful. Test drive was good as well, he explained all the features. I would highly recommend the place, if you are planning to get a car then go ahead and meet the team.
