Great service and also fantastic with doing wheel alignments.

Pedders recently replaced the shocks and control arms on my car and provided a wheel alignment resetting the steering angle sensor as well as wheels. Car drives like new and Shane went to a great deal of trouble to talk me through the work.

found work done loose six moths later while getting a rego check, then can not leave feedback and the submit button will not work, thanks Pedders that's one way to ensure no negative feedback is left.

Pedders at Wollongong turned a lemon into a car that now I am glad I bought. Shane said leave it with me and I will fix it.
He did fix it and It's a pleasure to drive now. The wheel setup (new) was so bad it went through a set of tyres at 27,000k.
The Dealer could not fix it and has gone broke. Now there is a worry gone, and now I am a happy "lemon" owner.

Lovely staff, quality work, and they keep in stock an extremely reputable product that not only makes your car ride so much smoother but gives you longer life in your suspension components than the 'no name' stuff out there. They have a workshop that is extremely efficient, they are honest and hardworking and don't knock you back if you are 2 months out of warranty and come back with a warranty problem. "NO BULL" is most certainly applicable to THIS branch!!

Honesty and great customer service. Had a problem with steering which turned out to be a bad lower control arm bush, which they replaced under warranty, even though the time period had elapsed, though had only done a little over 2000KMS.

I contacted three local suspension shops and Pedders Penrith were the only shop to reply to my online enquiries. Service provided on the day of my brake install was warm and friendly. I won't hesitate to return as good customer service is hard to find.

I handed these guys a old 77 Falcon that was getting dangerous to drive and they gave me a detailed breakdown of what needed to be repaired and for how much. They handed me back a 77 falcon that drives better than my wife's 2012 Subaru... couldn't be happier with the service and price. Also if you have a Landcruiser Troopcarrier or ute ask Paul about the brake upgrade they can do.

Pedders comfort shocks are what you want!

Had a ball joint we were replacing ourselves but we needed a press. Another tyre shop quoted $50 for it, but these guys did it for free in about 30 seconds. Real quick and friendly service and they know their stuff.

I came in after problems with my alignment done from another company. They guys at pedders mascot have been accommodating, informative, patient and most of all, resolved all the issues of which we found out required more than just an alignment.

Ryan has been a legend in helping source, provide information and with the team, they helped get my car back to how it should be.

I recently went and got the $28 brake, steering and suspension check at Mascot Pedders. Bill, Lance and Ryan had the upmost professionalism and I never felt like I was nuisance as I don't know a lot about cars. Everything was explained in a way that I understood and they were very honest with me. I had work with them done as well - they were very time efficient and contacted me to let me know how everything was going. I would highly recommend them! I have to take my car to them two times to do a simple wheel alignment.

Did a great job servicing and replacing shocks and bushes on Ford Territory. I did not realise how bad it was until new ones installed. Feels much firmer and more sure footed on the road. They also replaced brake pads, bled brakes and did a proper wheel alignment. Thanks.

Prado Kakadu. People said nothing could be done to improve it. These guys managed. Car seems quieter and a smoother.

Stay away from this untrustworthy business. Gave me half the quote so they said they will give me the full quote before proceeding on the job. When the gave me the full quote they said they already started on the first quote! Didn't give me a chance to compare with others or think about it!

did a $28 point Brakes, Steering And Suspension Check on a Honda civic, and every thing they gave in the report was false, just a bunch of lies, lot of lack knowledge. they just want to make a quick buck, they said the brake rotors and pads need replacing but they had a lot life left on them, and we had a noise problem coming from the back of the car and they said the swaybar links need replacing but they were good, later on we found out the noise was coming from a lose interior panel in the boot. go else where or get a second opionion

Experience and knowledge abound, these guys will stay after hours if they have to until the job's done.

Not good as expected. Went to fix noise of my car. They said need to change suspention and noise will gone, but still noise there and spend $1500 for nothing.

Drove in. Approached reception. Started describing my steering issue. Another customer approached the counter. The staff member I was talking to began a conversation with the new customer. Completely ignoring me. I looked at both of them, gesturing with my hand to say "excuse me but I was already here". They looked and ignored me. So I walked out. Never to return. Disgusting customer service.
