Forget about ringing the Honda service department, because no one will bother to answer your call

The worst service I have ever had. The receptionist was so rude and there is no service after you buy a car. I even sent two emails discussing my concern. No response at all. I don't get my car serviced there anymore. What a shame because the man that sold me the car was lovely.

Avoid at all cost if possible. Have been trying to book my new car in for the 1st service and have been met with nothing but rudeness from a receptionist nameed Janet. Even the sales people where rude and obnoxious. Resorted to buying the car elsewhere!

I couldn't be more impressed with the courtesy and assistance I had from Mr Martin Chan, the salesman. I live on the other side of Sydney and he sent a valuer out to value my trade in and then some days later a dealer to collect my trade in as I wanted the plates transferred. A loan car was left and the new car delivered the next day. The price of the changeover was extremely good and little extras, such as mud flaps, carpets and window tinting were all included. Even a full tank of petrol. How different to most car dealers. I would never hesitate to return there for my next Honda. I recommend the salesman for all Honda buyers!

I just requested a brochure for the Accord online, then started to get so many calls that I should come in and have a test drive. I agreed, booked a test drive and went there.. upon going into the dealership I encountered really rude staff who didn't know how to treat a (potential) customer right. Due to such treatmeant I couldn't remember the name of the person who arranged my test drive and hence I was not attended further. They could've checked my name as it was in the system but didn't do so. Hence a total waste of time and a very unpleasant experience.

The sales department was helpful until the point of sale, where i had my name's spelt incorrectly on all documents, couldn't contact sales agents, and delivery of the car was delayed. When booking a service for the car, Patrick (sales) failed to book a 1 month service despite claiming he had, and delayed my booking for so long I had to do a 10,000kms service. Service centre is also pathetic, unable to send confirmation texts when needed and denied my booking was ever made when I showed up at 7.30am for a service. Horrible customer service!

I lucked out with Peter Warren HONDA on my first car purchase. From the moment my wife and I stepped into the dealership till the day of the delivery of the car the experience had been nothing but wholesomely pleasant. This was made possible for the most part by our sales rep, Patrick Chan, and also the supporting team. Huge shout out to Patrick, he's exceptionally well mannered and has the right amounts of professionalism and light-hearted friendly warmth. We'll go back to Patrick and Peter Warren HONDA everytime we decide on buying a new HONDA.

I visited your Honda dealership this afternoon, 21/12/2016 and was inspecting a Honda HRV and several other vehicles. Your site isn't very big and I was surprised that not 1 salesperson approached me. I turned around and noticed a bald old Asian salesman looking from the shade of your office awing. He didn't move as he didnt want to get the sun of the afternoon so I walked over to him and spoke first. I indicated that my daughter owns a Honda HRV and we have lost a................... Before I could finish my sentence he said not here, down there. I said I know where spares are I just want to look and see what the item she has lost so I know what I am searching for. In an arrogant and rude tone this is what he said to me, " Wot you want?". That exact pronunciation, Wot you want. I was taken aback that he had no patience to see to my needs as I was going to be spending within this dealership not with him but with spare parts and also i was mortified at this bluntness and his lack of social graces working within sales. If he was on my team in my industry, I would of dismissed this rude person a long time ago. You are very lucky I am posting 1 star after this experience but I found my lost item over at spare parts and in the future will be taking my money to another dealership.

Every dealer knocked us back coz mrs p.r except this one with finance.
Push more information on getting it approved.
Dealers should learn how it should be done =)

Loving my brand new car! Dealership was fantastic, great service from start to finish. Sales rep was very patient and knowledgable. Was treated like vip, got picked up to get my car, offered a coffee while waited and had a detailed run through of the car and operations. Highly recommended, shout out to my sales rep Trung Lu and David Nguyen.
