Great service. I bought blinds from other store but exchange from this store. The blind department manager was great and strong muscle to carry 9 90x210cm blinds. Great customer service.

Good price and fair service

Its a shop. Normal helpful staff. Heaps of products. Ok prices, not expensive but not cheap either. Just another shop.

On 13 February I went to pick up my layby. I was told it had been returned to the shelf because it was 2 weeks overdue. Lynn (she tells you she's the manager, but she isn't) claimed a letter had been sent to me, however she could find no record of such a letter being sent to me. She did not know when it had been sent, or where it had been sent.

I went there today to buy some Kwik Sew patterns, which are on sale. Buy 1 pattern for $16.50, or buy 3 patterns for $12.50. They only had one pattern I liked, all the rest are out of stock. I was told they only keep one copy of each pattern, and if they don't have the pattern you want to buy, they won't order it in.

The service at this store is absolutely dreadful.

Lots of stuff at reasonable prices. Not sure of their VIP cards, I think that they should cancel it as you get the discounted price anyway.

Spotlight is the one stop shop for me. I buy everything i can for my house an projects from here and never had a problem with anything. Love it.

I purchased your rubberbacked blockout curtains 12 months ago from your Campbelltown store. Due to the cat rubbing against them I washed them, Cold wash on delicate cycle. They were ruined when I went to hang them out. I went back to the store only to be told that YOUR blockout curtains can not be washed! I was never told this at the time of purchase. I threw them into the store bin with the comment "this is where they belong" only to have the sales girl ignore me. Are all of your products this inferior? I was going to ask for a quote on tailor made curtains for our entire house but now I will not buy anything from your store again.
