Good range of reasonably priced stuff but the staff are the rudest people ever.

Good selection of fabrics. Could do with a bit of modernising though!

This store is auto service, people who works here they don’t want to help you. If you are looking for wool, nice fabric, this is the place.

I feel lost in it. I know I can still ask the staff to help but every single time, it's tiring.

Fantastic array of homeward I.e linen, fabrics and soft furnishings.

Dealing with spotlight has been the worst customer experience!
We order our custom made curtains on the 20th of July but it is now the 12th of September. They are still not up, the installation has been cancelled 4 times. One of the times the installer said he called but he didn't. This company does not respect your time. I will never use spotlight again . POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Staff are awesome. Good stock. Management should provide more resources to staff to better enable customer service. Staff do an amazing job often under considerable pressure. Thank you!

Horrible customer service experience, staff are so arrogant and unhelpful. Some serious training needed. Stock is limited in style and stock available. Don't waste your time here.

Why are there no lights in the wool section. You have one large light directly above a very high shelf. It is so time consuming trying to match colours and read labels because you have to keep walking out into the aisle to see anything. It is the most ridiculous set up for knitting and crochet. Also the rest of the shop is really run down and that ramp to enter looks like the ceiling needs replacing. It is a pity such good staff have to work in such poor conditions. 5 stars for the staff and 1 star for the experience.

Been there three times now and they have not had the pattern I wanted in my size. Looking for a plain coloured fabric to make work clothes was difficult also. Wish Lincraft would come to Maitland.

A most enjoyable morning. We found all the things we wanted for our project s. The staff were a pleasure to deal with. Thank you.

DISAPPOINTMENT with 5 Stars! Paid in Full for One set of curtains 9/5/17 - They arrived 16/6/17 made to the incorrect measurements. Re-make order was lost; no one followed up (except me); fabric was out of stock; we're getting someone local to re-make and will get back to you; Once again no one got back; I have had to contact the store again this afternoon and have been promised someone will let me know the status of this order; Only 4.5 months since they were paid in full. My message to all: BUYER BEWARE BIG TIME!!

Store has a lot of variety. Have purchases curtains blinds few times from here. Staff are most what friendly and helpful. Prices pretty reasonable.

Service was spectacular 5 star rating. I have run my own retail business for 40 yr. And realise how important customer service is.
Ihave been using spotlight at Rutherford. I have been attended to by Alicia in the custom msde area, she has been amazing.

Helpful staff, easy store to shop in

I went to Spotlight Rutherford yesterday to outfit my bedroom in a different style. I love what I purchased, but best of all it was so very refreshing to have the smiling faces of two very helpful ladies at this store. Nichole and Rachel gave me the best customer service at the checkout that I have had in very long time... great work ladies... delightful.... I will be back.. :)

Lots to choose from, often there is a good special on. Worthwhile joining their VIP club. Lots of parking, trolleys require coin to unlock and they do sometimes not have enough trolleys when the big sales are on. Very friendly staff.

Ladies are always helpful and friendly i always enjoy my trips to spotlight

Great service in dress fabrics and front counter. Need more heavy warmer fabrics suitable for region but otherwise great place to shop.

Very good staff.found hard to find items.a lot of goods put in small area.

Poor customer service, was talking to a friend when I needed help as a first time sewer. Didn't know what to sew with or what was the easiest. And NO caron cakes at all for crochet, was sent to the cake baking aisle when I wanted wool.

I found going back to spotlight Tuggerah today a great improvement from some previous times. There were plenty of helpful staff to help me, which in the past it was in possible to even find one staff member except at the checkout. So on saying that I will be happy to frequent the store more often.

The 2 young girls who served on sunday were excellent they both deserve to be reconised well done girls

Huge selection, good prices. I had to find help though after 20 mins of standing in 1 spot looking at curtains. Very friendly at the counter.

Needed 4 small black buttons.no black buttons to match the 4 i have from spotlight. None sold as singles any more..have to buy pack of 6 or 2 packs of 4....cost???? $1.20 a button.going to lyncraft or a junk shop.or home to search for my huge button tin.

Found to be a large shop, seems messy or untidy and appears under staffed from my observations.
