Tried to get in contact with the home loan specialist Tomas Eben but didn't get any respond. Days/Weeks of turn-around time on my introduction email followed by no respond.
Is there any bank taking Customer Service serious this days? Happy to join you guys.
If you are looking for a bank, my advice - keep looking.

Website says closes at 5. Get there at 430 on the dot and bank is closed while people inside just stare and smile. Great service.

I had accounts with St. George, but I transferred the funds to ME Bank due to a better interest rate.

Really good St George Branch for business customers. Friendly staff and usually enough on hand to handle transactions and inquiries to help customers avoid delays.
