Great store with Verity the staff go out of there way to help you and the prices are reasonable .

I have been given bad info about car parts and have had to bring those parts back.

Typical "Supercheap" store they sell a good range of automotive products. Sometimes staff are hard to find when you need help.

Giving 1 star for shop assistants speaking politely & pleasantly, BUT otherwise EXTREMELY P...... OFF, i ordered an engine part, phoned 7 days & supplier took 5 days to send for delivery phoned 8 days from ordering & sent to wrong place, so now not DUE till 11days from ordering!! P..... OFF DO NOT NUY/ORDERED THROUGH THEM EVER!!

Great shopping if you don't need anything behind locked doors, fining someone with a key takes the fun out of shopping at Supercheap

Great shop for all those extra bits & bobs you like to make your car looking special. A good friendly attentive staff are in attendance to make your visit more positive.

Decent range of gear but need to be careful of the specials. Have been caught a few times buying and then seeing things half price on specials a week later. They offer protection now against this if you join their club. Plenty of free parking at front door.

Battery was flat, so bought a new one here, and jump-started with it. Store was easy to navigate.

Very loyal Supercheap customer here, and I have to say by far this is the worst store I have visited. You will either get ignored by staff as they walk past and ignore you for help or wont find nobody at all. Even the manager here is hopeless. If you do not like your job then just quit already!

Great place to shop for your car.

Staff not 100 percent attentive but mostly teenagers work there. That would be the main reason.

The place is ok... You really need to know your stuff otherwise it's hard to get good help.. The staff are pretty happy and never really rude. Would be better if the staff off the desk were more helpful like genuinely want to help.

Wasn't happy ordered stuff online that said it was available. when it wasn't they rang and just told me not avail. Was later sorted out by ringing anther store who simply ordered it in. Maybe shellharbour store could try and help instead of just taking the easy way out and upsetting customers.

I love Super Cheap. The store has just been re-done so I can't find anything, but there is a fantastic range and the pricing is good.

Don't forget you can pre-order on-line 90 minutes (1.5 hours) before you go to the store and just pick up your order. This is perfect when you have an hour or so travel time to get there, and you need to keep moving and want to make sure something is in stock.

Jerks ... 30 years servin' the country and they feel obliged to do a "security check" on you, and then follow you around the store like a criminal. More to write about ... suffice to say I had cash for a toolbox and jerry can ... and walked out. Real whackers at this store. Keep giving them another chance. If you're bearded and long-haired ... go somewhere else. Done today. BTW ... lots of pseudo posts below! Shows their character!

Although the Team Member was super helpful - the Store Manager KIM was NOT. Waited nearly half an hour for a refund of just under $12. When my husband ended up going to find her - she was walking around not serving anyone!!! Once she got to the counter, literally took her less than ONE MINUTE to refund us, and she was not apologetic or friendly at all! Would much prefer to order on line from now on!!!

This place has all of your car needs, however getting a staff member to assist you is a challenge.

Wow, Supercheap is not super cheap anymore, just went in there and was shocked, they advertise about ten items a month that they are happy to basically sell to you what they pay for them but they do you well over with everything else, new name is Superoverpriced, do not expect to walk out with much change if you purchase anything else than advertised items, they have flooded the market, there is a Superoverpriced in just about every residential zone now, and those higher up will be now reaping the benefits!

Usually has what I need. The reward club is great and I often have been given credits for future purchases.

I bought a sca wrench awhile ago, it broke halfway using it. Went in the shop had a chat and ended up upgrading to the Stanley tool set. I didn't get the persons name (older guy, probably the manager or owner), but the one he recommended had everything you'd need for while doing a diy job. That is sufficient to even change spark plugs.

I must say he had been very helpful, knowledgable and customer service had been good.

Highly recommend this Supercheap.

I actually like the place but didn't particularly liked services of one staff. Did not seem to know much therefore I simply left the place to find alternative place.

Rated 2 stars the last 3 removed due to price, product range and availability. Customer service and store were acceptable even though it's a mess and poorly lit, staff were friendly even though it felt like there was only 2 people working I could see.
The bad:
1. Ever since supercheap priced the competition out of market the items have increased in price to the point where it's now cheaper for me to buy direct from my local car manufacturers parts department for service parts and fluids. As the Ryco air filter ($45) for my car didn't fit even though it was the correct part ended up buying OEM from Nissan parts in Sutherland ($29) called supercheap to ask if I had the right part before contacting Nissan, the guy at the supercheap parts desk was helpful and assured me that it was the correct part so bought the part from Nissan and returned the part unused to supercheap (which was an easy process).
Also on the price front you may want to take a phone or tablet with the site open as the prices vary hugely (couple of hundreds for some tools) for the store between online listed prices and In store listed for tools (this is for most supercheap stores)
2. Product range is either vast but not enough shelf space or very limited as the website states the store has 4 variations of a headlight globe in stock I wanted (other 6 needed to be ordered online) but I get there only to find one variant (SCA brand) and it's the last one left single globe and needed 2.
3. Availability as mentioned before some items in this store are either the last ones left, completely sold out no matter what day of the week or just plain missing even though listed online as this store has them.

Little things make the experience bad that need to be fixed.

Had to get some windscreen wipers replaced. The paid option is great; cheap and the guys did it in about 3 minutes.

The overall store look and variety of items is good but it is not as cheap as the name suggests unless the item is on offer.

helpful staffs but the price are not reasonable compared to other auto shops around. Repco next door may not be helping the sales on the other hand. When I went there few things i wanted were missing so had to find it somewhere else.

Nice range and some staff genuinely are helpful but some female staff have bad attitudes and can be rude. Not every guy knows everything about auto products.

Staff were not willing to put my car seat covers due to 'not enough time' left despite the store closing in 30 minutes. Was told to come back the next day. This is not a service that takes appointments (hence I could not book a time) and better service would have been appreciated.

Big store but car care product range seemed limited.

Excellent customer service. Especially to Jacob who went out of his way to help me install both of my rear light bulbs for my Mini Cooper. There should be more people like him in all Supercheap Auto's.

Parking is often hard here. They share parking with a plumbing store . So don't be surprised if you cannot get in or worse still you are blocked in by a truck for 20 minutes.

broke down 27th dec late arvo, spares girl searched high and low for the part i needed as it was not in stock, rang around even, and eventually found the part for me. with a compeditor, to get me on the road again . absolutley outstanding service, above and beyond, many thanks

I received a phone call the day after getting a battery replaced and was told she had lost one of the tools she had used.
I very happily checked my engine and there it was.
I told her it was there and happily said that I would bring it around when I could even though I am not normally in the area to which she seemed thankful and mentioned freebies.
In the next couple of days when I returned the item the shop was preety quiet and it seemed like the staff were having an event.
I saw the girl that helped me but she was not the one at the counter who I gave it to.
I handed it in and said that x left in my car during the service and I was returning it.
While I was at the counter x had to get something from behind it.
It seemed like she was doing her best to hide from me while doing this.
I was then sent home by the other girls without as much as a thank you or acknowledgment for my time and petrol.

Staff are really help full and the store is great but there pricing on certain items are unbelievable basic car parts are usually $40 -$80 cheaper online
