Excellent customer service. I was a regular at another bike shop in the area, but visiting Sydney City Cycles for rim tape and experiencing Adam's customer service got me trying these guys out further and now I am hooked. Adam and Pete and Patrick offer great service plus the shop is well laid out, looking modern and clean. Pete and Adam ride bikes regularly themselves so they "practice what they preach". Highly recommended.

Many thanks to Patrick and Pete for getting my bike tour-ready, and particularly for sorting out a derailleur problem that had been a real pain. The Tour of the West (Dubbo to Dubbo via lots of places) last week was much more enjoyable as a result of having a bike that was running well. I really appreciate the extra help you gave me.
