I have been here twice now and have enjoyed a variety of exceptional cocktails and snacks. The staff a welcoming and friendly and the atmosphere is cosy and comfortable. You will not regret dropping in here

We had my partners 30th birthday here and it was such a great night! The owner is very accomodating, food was delicious and the atmosphere was great! Highly recommend

Staff are friendly, the sliders are nice but not too filling. Good beers on tap and they have plenty of events. Come by for the jazz nights on Tuesdays and game nights on Thursdays (:

With a rotating line up of craft beers, smooth cocktails, and an extensive library of liquor, The Bear Bar promises every tipple enthusiast a fresh experience with every visit.

And for you sensible lot, you should head in and check out the beary kitsch decor while you gorge on their comprehensive array of yummy sliders.

But it isn't for these reasons I recommend The Bear Bar. As a keen purveyor of bars in Sydney, The Bear Bar absolutely excels at making your night a comfortable one. I'm confident in saying it is to find other bars in Sydney which remains this consistent.

The staff must be commended for the level of hospitality that is extended to every guest. It has certainly made an impression on myself, and everyone I have dragged here.

The Bear Bar has won me over big time, and I'm sure they will win you over too.

What a magical place! The Bear Bar is one of the best small bars in Sydney. Great atmosphere, great service, best bar tender in town and of course all the bears, big & small:-) I have hosted several functions here and all of my guests were super happy each time. I will be back (tonight actually) :-)

Feels like home. It's the only place in Sydney where you actually feel welcomed and looked after. I make the point of taking anyone that comes to Sydney for a nice relaxing beverage. So much atmosphere.

Great little bar hidden under the capitol theatre. Andy and his staff know how to make great cocktails, have great food and a nice little space.

Had a great night here on Saturday. It's a relaxed atmosphere with great music, great service and great food. Found it on google and glad I did. It's a hidden gem. Beers are so great but cocktails are excellent. We will definitely go back.The George Clooney tequila is the best I've ever tasted.

Yesterday was Friday, so it's inevitable that today is Saturday. Tonight at THE BEAR....We have.....( drum roll please)...absolutely nothing going on. No big promos, events...nothing, nada, sod all, zilch.....still, it's quite nice in here. Have a lovely day.

Don't forget, this and every Thursday it's $12 cocktails until 10pm. Batman wouldn't do dry July...Just saying.
